My iPhone 12 wasn't making it through the day and I wasn't ready to buy a new phone. Replacing the battery was a great way to keep my phone lasting all-day long. They replaced a broken camera as well so now my phone's as good as new for much less than buying a new one. Price was right and the repair took less than an hour. My Iphone suddenly stopped processing both incoming and outgoing calls a few days ago. I was in panic mode. iGenie was recommended to me so I went to their store and Justin the owner was extremely nice and diagnosed the problem quickly. I would recommend this business for all tech repairs. Thank you very much for being so kind and helpful to this elderly non tech woman. read more

Got my screen replaced here and it broke in less than a week. I didn't drop it either, I SAT on it for a SECOND. That would be so bad iffy wasn't for the fact that he wanted to charge me another $85 for a replacement screen that costs $35. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, THIS GUY IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING . read more

The battery in my I-phone was shot. I kept putting off replacing the battery because I thought I needed to go an Apple Store, and the closest ones to Columbia are inconveniently far away (St. Louis or Kansas City). Finally and, frankly, a little reluctantly, I decided to try and have the battery replaced locally. The problem with using Yelp to find a reliable provider in Columbia, MO is most providers have less than 30 reviews. So. I decided to roll the dice and take a chance with iGenie Repair. As it turns out, there was no need to worry. iGenie did an excellent job, replacing the battery in less than 10 minutes while I waited. If I would have known earlier their service was this good, this convenient, and this high a value, well, it would have saved me walking around with for over a year with an iPhone with a sucky battery. Wish I would have come here much sooner. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they need to update their prices on their website. Bottom line. My advice? Given them a call to get a current price for the service you need and, then, give them a shot. I think, like me, you will be glad you did and gratified you didn't have to spend much more time, money, and effort going to an Apple Store. read more

I broke my screen on my iPhone! That's a bummer! But called up IGenie and was very professional and got my screen replace super fast. Told me if I have issue just give him a call. Very professional and courteous. Also answered random little questions I had! Will use again! read more

Thought my iPhone was beyond repair and was ready to send it in for the $350 insurance fee. IGenie repaired it in perfect shape and same day!! Glad I checked with them first. read more

I have used iGenie Repair multiple times on multiple phones. I mean, you would think the manufactures would make these things bulletproof by now... Anyway, I most recently took my iPhone 6 Plus to iGenie Repair to have the screen replaced. I checked on the pricing and was pleasantly surprised to see it went down, yay. I was able to walk in and have my phone back within 20 minutes. There were a couple hiccups with the replacement screen but that wasn't something typical or iGenie's fault in any way. They worked with me to get everything fixed and again, I had my phone back in 20 minutes. They kept me up to date with the progress via e-tickets and both guys I worked with were super professional and cool. I will definitely work with iGenie Repair for any future screen repairs/replacements our family needs. Bonus - they have the cutest "office" dog, ever!! read more

iGenie Repair came in clutch! My work laptop screen unexpectedly stopped working and I was in a time crunch for a fix. I found iGenie and they could not have been more helpful! I brought my laptop in right before closing and Justin said he would look at it that night (after business hours) and also check their warehouse to see if they already had the part he would need to fix it. He called me the next morning and said my laptop would be ready by noon! A company I had checked out before finding iGenie said it would be 3-6 days just to initially look at it to figure out what was wrong. Thank you iGenie for keeping my stress levels down and making the process so easy! read more

I have had several old iPhone 5s repaired there, and the service was great and the repairs held up (but then I didn't sit on a screen, even for just a second). I wouldn't consider any other shop, and you shouldn't either. read more

Extremely knowledgeable and fairly priced. Fixed my iPhone7 for a fraction of what it would cost to replace. Thank you!

The guy who fixed my phone did an awesome job! He fixed it in 20 minutes if that. Highly recommend!

The person was friendly and quickly fixed my iPhone's power issue. This place came recommended to me by a friend at work.

excellent service. My iphone 6 got into the swimming pool. I tried rice/sun/kept it in hot as owen garage. Nothing worked. I gave it to iGenie. They were able to fix it for a very reasonable price and its working now. I would highly recommend them. read more

Amazing service. I rang around all the places I could find in Columbia for an iPhone screen repair and iGenie was by far the most professional and quality service in town. Whilst it wasn't the cheapest (by $30) it was worth the extra $30 for the quality and level of service knowing the job was done right and there wouldn't be any repercussions from it like I'd heard with other iPhone repair shops in Como. Also the worker was beyond helpful and even stayed on extra 30mins after closing just to help fit my schedule. Outstanding service and enough for me to actually write a review and actively recommend this place. No where else in town to go really. read more

I was paying AT&T insurance for my iPhone but found out there was a $167 deductible to use it to get my cracked screen fixed. Plus, they would have sent me someone else's refurbished phone in exchange. It cost less to get it fixed here. I dropped it off at lunch time and picked up the repaired item after work. It looks and works great! I got my iPad repaired at the same time. read more

Great service and quick repair!! My iPhone also had a lot of corrosion that they were able to take care of.

Had a broken iPhone screen and they made getting it fixed quick and painless

Amazing! Fast, Friendly, & Knowledgeable. I had them replace a cracked screen almost a year ago and began having "ghosting" issues and they replaced it for FREE! Highly recommended! read more

We just had another great experience at IGenie Repair. Our iPhone screen would not activate. While we were explaining the problem to Kevin he fixed our phone. Then he explained how to avoid the problem in the future and didn't charge us for his service. Wow! What a great business and great service. I recommend them for all your smart phone and computer issues. read more

I went to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced. Originally I'd been quoted at $80 but when I went back the guy said that was not correct and said they charge $100. I was frustrated but he'd already fixed my phone so I paid. Then less than one month later, the screen they'd put on my phone FELL OFF of my phone, it had not been attached properly. When I went back in with my receipt to ask them to fix their mistake they said I could get it replaced again for their "return customer" price of $80, but they wouldn't fix it for free. Go to Cracked Up Mobile just a little farther north, barely outside of downtown. He was extremely nice and did a great job fixing iGenie's shitty one, AND he's cheaper. read more

Good price, Great Service - In and out around an hour for screen replacement.
