This is actually a sign of good character and business ethics - Greek Licensing is very important! Since the office didn't open until 9:30 am and I had to start getting my stuff moved into the unit, I went to find a 1/2 pallet (that was all I could get in my car). I found a place that had one, luggged it into my car and went back to the unit put the pallet down and unload my items. I had to go back to take a second load so I waited until the office opened so I could go by there on the way back to the unit. I went in and explained the situation to the manager and asked if I could use the unit next to mine which was available and had far less water in it. They shouldn't have any water in them, but I was in a bind because I needed it today. The manager said he didn't see any reason why I couldn't move to the same size unit next to mine. He informed the employee in training that the Regional Manager reguired approval before switching units. After waiting awhile I asked if I could go clean out the other unit and spray for bugs. He said he would come to the unit once he verified the change with his manager. I cleaned out the unit, sprayed for bugs, and waited. Finally, the manager came back with an answer. He said that the Regional Manager said that I could rent the other unit but I wouldn't get the discounted rate for the next two months as advertised and in my contract because the other unit was "upgraded". The only differences in the units was the amount of water and a small difference the size of the units. M downgraded unit was actually a tiny bit bigger than the "upgraded unit" because of where the steel beams were. It seemed clear that the Regional Manager didn't want to give me the 3 month promotion that his company advertised so he could make more money. I had no options at that time. I would expect a response from the Corporate office regarding this blatent intent to obtain more money out of there clients. There is absolutely no reason that I should have not been upgraded or moved immediately when I informed the office that I had water in my unit. Unfortunately, I had more on my mind that morning and didn't prepare to fight for what should have been basic customer service.

The first time I go there, I ask to have the hem of my dress moved up so it doesn't drag, the slit of my dress lowered so my whole leg isn't out, and the waist brought in because it was too big. I drop it off and take my receipt. I come back a week later, get my dress, pay and try it on and the waist was never brought in. I go back and I give them my receipt and even though I was within the 10 days, they would not adjust for free because it wasn't written down on the receipt originally but they will give me a 50% discount to get the waist brought in. So I figure okay, maybe I should have checked the receipt for my services no biggie that's my bad I'll just pay again. I get remeasured and drop my dress off again for my waistband to be made smaller like I asked originally. They messed up my zipper so bad where my dress looks like absolute crap. The zipper and the fabric are all bunched up and it is difficult to zip and unzip my dress. If you look closely at all the work done on my dress this place is a scam. The 3 inches where the slit of my dress was re-sewn is falling out. They seem like such nice people too. DO NOT go here to get altered!! Please go somewhere else!!!!
