Today I patiently waited till 1pm before I called Mantles when I didn't get the 2hr ahead phone call. It went to the answering machine 3 times, so I left a message. I tried again at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 6pm respectively. No one has answered the calls and no one bothered calling back. So they've completely bailed on me and I'm screwed and needs to find a new mover in 2 days time. AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL AND SAY "WE CANT COME". BTW, I made the appoint 1 month before the move date. Avoid this company if you have a deadline to keep and value your time over....well, anything. Would give negative if I could. I hope they start loosing customers if they don't take that off. because I'm seriously wondering if I should stay next year. there greedy for money. People are nice. They often drive by and don't knock or anything if you don't put the bottles out. They act like they are doing you a favor delivering your water if they missed your order or day. No reminder texts or anything. They often change what days they drop off with out saying anything. Like many have said not great at getting back to you about your account either. On top of that it's also definitely not cheap. Ecco water has a much better reputation and spends more effort on quality service. Unfortunately they don't provide spring water so we are stuck using culligan.
