This was my first time ever getting anything altered so I…read morepicked this place because it had pretty good reviews and word of mouth for my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding. The first time I go there, I ask to have the hem of my dress moved up so it doesn't drag, the slit of my dress lowered so my whole leg isn't out, and the waist brought in because it was too big. I drop it off and take my receipt. I come back a week later, get my dress, pay and try it on and the waist was never brought in. I go back and I give them my receipt and even though I was within the 10 days, they would not adjust for free because it wasn't written down on the receipt originally but they will give me a 50% discount to get the waist brought in. So I figure okay, maybe I should have checked the receipt for my services no biggie that's my bad I'll just pay again. I get remeasured and drop my dress off again for my waistband to be made smaller like I asked originally. They messed up my zipper so bad where my dress looks like absolute crap. The zipper and the fabric are all bunched up and it is difficult to zip and unzip my dress. If you look closely at all the work done on my dress this place is a scam. The 3 inches where the slit of my dress was re-sewn is falling out. They seem like such nice people too. DO NOT go here to get altered!! Please go somewhere else!!!!

My daughter was looking at a few dresses and the lady acted all rude when we asked if she could try one on. She then told my daughter that it wouldn't fit her and brought out other SIZE 18 DRESSES in different styles, (not what she wanted I might add) My daughter is only 140lbs. She is usually a size 10. When we told her that she wasn't an 18 she started ARGUING with us claiming SHE knew best. The whole time she was demeaning and pretty much called my daughter fat in a round about way.
