My daughter was looking at a few dresses and the lady acted all rude when we asked if she could try one on. She then told my daughter that it wouldn't fit her and brought out other SIZE 18 DRESSES in different styles, (not what she wanted I might add) My daughter is only 140lbs. She is usually a size 10. When we told her that she wasn't an 18 she started ARGUING with us claiming SHE knew best. The whole time she was demeaning and pretty much called my daughter fat in a round about way. Highly recommend that you go elsewhere unless you want to deal with HORRIBLE customer service.

Because the purchasing store wasn't friendly, I didn't feel comfortable reaching out to them, so I decided to inquire with Top Stitch. Not only were they extremely helpful and friendly, made a suggestion, which luckily seems to have cured the problem. Since then, I have purchased several accessories from them, as well as a B485 last week. Customer service is great! I am so thankful I found them. I will gladly drive 2 hours to do business with them.

I bought a used Pfaff 4.0 2 years ago and loved it. I'm embarrassed to say I called top stitch 2 days in a row. Each time, my problem was solved by one of the helpful staff. But the THIRD day, Tim himself, diagnosed what I had tried to do for 3 days! Over the phone, he analyzed I'd locked myself out of options. I'm happy to say the quilt is now done in time for tomorrow's shower. Most companies would tell me to bring my machine in for a free, of course! I live 3 hours away from the store, making that scenario impossible. I can NOT thank them enough for their courtesy, time and expertise. If you need repair or a new or used machine, I can't recommend Top Stitch highly enough!

She was not great with her communications and she kept making excuse after excuse as to why the suit wasn't ready. She also kept telling us that she was so busy with other business that she couldn't get to ours -- even though she had PLENTY of time to get it done. Very disappointing and stressful for us as we didn't get the suit back until the morning of our event. I will not use Melodee again, which is a shame because she really is a talented seamstress.

Stared dealing with Dave Upholstery in Sept of 21'. Picked a color for the 24' poon boat cover,…read moregave him location of my dock and contact info. Dave said he was 6-8 weeks out but would be out by the end of the month for measurements-no deposit. Needed at this time. Sept came and went with no one showing up. Stopped in mid Oct at Dave's to reaffirm the cover being made. Dave denied saying he would be there by the end of Sept but did say he would get there by the end of Oct. he checked his sheet and still had my contact info. Oct came and went-no on showed. Went back in early November to inquire about cover being made. Told Dave we would be gone during the month of January and needed this cover made before we left on 12/31/21. He again assured me there would be no problem. Needless to say Dave or a representative never showed or contacted me. I would suggest not doing with this business.
