The point on the dry cleaning is because I didn't want them washed. The quilts are handmade by my mom. Thankfully her 2 quilts didn't get messed up but mine did. I have a King sized Celtic Knot quilt. It needed cleaned but I could've taken it to a laundry mat to wash it for way less than $35. The green parts on the quilt bled to the white ones because it was washed. The colors are not as bright at all because it was washed. I'm saddened by the customer service I got when picking them up. When I asked about the color bleeding the lady was like "you get what you get"....no. I did not get it dry cleaned. I paid for dry cleaned. Disappointed. I've used Glo several times with no other incidents so I trusted my quilt with them. Not anymore. This is a Springfield MO location

They were finished earlier than promised, and perfectly finished. The facilities were clean, the personnel were friendly and knowledgeable, and they even have the ability to come out to your car and get your stuff that you're dropping off ! I have used them twice, for a total of 12 shirts at $4 each (including applicable taxes).
