I'm from Hawaii and my husband got stationed in Ft. Leonard Wood for some training for several…read moremonths. Luckily he's got family in Waynesville which is very close to where he works. They offered him to stay with them. And he did. He mentioned he needed my help helping his family because they are not doing well on their own and they need support such as mine. I flew in and I was a little overwhelmed because of their living condition. It was just his aunt and uncle and they have accumulated things over the years and have given up a bit. But their health was declining due to AGE and there is an urgency to clean up before they could really hurt themselves in their own home. After days of clearing things out. I got a little more overwhelmed because I felt like I wasn't putting a dent in things. I googled up a dumpster and Lebanon was the first thing that caught my eye. I called and a gentleman answered. Please remember, I'm calling unprepared of what to do. I didn't research or look into other places. I was just desperate and nervous about what to say and how to say it. But this guy on the phone, Cory, was just listening. Just Listening! He was the peace that I needed. He listened and he empathized with me. He gave me some options and asked a few questions. Asked how soon do I want this dumpster. ASAP! And ASAP WAS WHAT HE DID FOR ME! The next day, he was there before 9am to help me get started and he was just the sweetest! I didn't know my husband did some research himself but told me that I got a really great deal! For 2 weeks was what he would've paid for 5 days somewhere else was what he said. I didn't even care. But I do feel like I got a great deal. I don't know if he was trying to help me out too. But he was there for me. Told me if I fill it up and I needed another one. Let him know and he will be there. 5 days later. My bin was full! He really was there for me again. This Cory! Lifesaver! Great customer service. Great pricing. I really think I got my moneys worth. Heather was great too answering her phone while off the clock to schedule me in for another bin. She was so nice too during the processing. I highly recommend them. I do! You won't regret it. You won't be disappointed. And if you are. I think you're really asking for too much. They are very reasonable and are so kind and nice and listened to my needs and delivered!
