The point on the dry cleaning is because I didn't want them washed. The quilts are handmade by my mom. Thankfully her 2 quilts didn't get messed up but mine did. I have a King sized Celtic Knot quilt. It needed cleaned but I could've taken it to a laundry mat to wash it for way less than $35. The green parts on the quilt bled to the white ones because it was washed. The colors are not as bright at all because it was washed. I'm saddened by the customer service I got when picking them up. When I asked about the color bleeding the lady was like "you get what you get"....no. I did not get it dry cleaned. I paid for dry cleaned. Disappointed. I've used Glo several times with no other incidents so I trusted my quilt with them. Not anymore. This is a Springfield MO location

As I waited for a response from the Coast Guard museum that never came, they sent off our family heirloom as an insurance claim and tell me "It's gone. We can't get it back." I was never contacted that they were sending it away. I am devastated. What's more is that Kim Smith, manager, was aggressive, defensive, and only rolled out an apology because I basically asked for it. It was as if they were accusing me when they ruined the banner, didn't offer to promptly compensate for it, then got rid of it with no way to get it back. She also gaslit me saying she called. That did not happen. I also have checked my cellular records for any incoming calls and there are zero. She stood there and lied to me with a lobby full of customers in an aggressive manner. Never. Ever. Trust your possessions at this location. It is not safe.
