The point on the dry cleaning is because I didn't want them washed. The quilts are handmade by my mom. Thankfully her 2 quilts didn't get messed up but mine did. I have a King sized Celtic Knot quilt. It needed cleaned but I could've taken it to a laundry mat to wash it for way less than $35. The green parts on the quilt bled to the white ones because it was washed. The colors are not as bright at all because it was washed. I'm saddened by the customer service I got when picking them up. When I asked about the color bleeding the lady was like "you get what you get"....no. I did not get it dry cleaned. I paid for dry cleaned. Disappointed. I've used Glo several times with no other incidents so I trusted my quilt with them. Not anymore. This is a Springfield MO location

The owner was there when we arrived. He was very friendly and over the top helpful and accommodating. The employee who came later was also helpful. All our questions were answered well. All sizes of washers from small loads to jumbo loads. The wallpaper in the ladies room was vintage and so fun! The old pink or green subway tile would have really been cute! We bought a large bag for hauling the clean laundry back to the RV. It was only $10 and I think it will be better for us than a collapsible one. I 100% recommend this Laundromat!
