It's as if a nice fluffy cloud is sliding over my ring and for a brief moment I it takes me away to a special place where toilet paper doesn't crumble or fall apart in the midst of duty. It really has my six while I'm going number two. Oh and the laundromat was clean, the employees are nice and it's quiet with plenty of room to move around. Vending machines for food, drinks and laundry supplies. Some tv entertainment with good stuff on usually. Tons of machines and dryers; All Speed Queen. They have an app to link up to the machines they use that allows you to add money to it and operate the machines through. They also have a quarter machine. I mean between the toilet paper and the machines, they really spared no expense. Definitely will be coming back to poop and wash clothes. I might even bring my girlfriend next time so she can get in on the action!!

I noticed they had a big washing machine which i was excited because maybe i could get all of my blankets done in 1 go... $18.00?!?? Just to wash? As i loaded my towels i realized that the detergent area was quite gross, but i mean.. it's a public laundry mat. I didn't mind that. It was after the load started did i notice the build up of green algae and brown and black stains or something on the inside of the rubber. This comes from not cleaning the machines regularly. Which is crazy given the amount i paid to do the load of towels was $6.00, and i haven't dried them yet. I went over to the other side to load my clothes in i see these signs that say "no blankets, no dog begs, shoes ... etc..". which now I'm thinking "wow thats great that they have a separate section for just clothes.. (keep in mind i have my blankets in my cart bc i am waiting for an open washing machine on the other side) the worker, comes to around the dryers and speaks very loudly so that everyone else can hear.. "excuse me, no blankets over there". As a customer i was shocked because how rude is it to embarrass someone because of the lack of context. I called one day to ask the price of laundering men's casual slacks (think Docker's), and men's shorts. The kind lady gave me both prices for laundering each and dry-cleaning each. When I took them in THE NEXT DAY, a man was working at the desk (looked like an owner doing bookwork or a deposit) with a Braden's dry-cleaning van parked in front of the door. I assume common ownership. The man wanted to charge considerably MORE than I was quoted the day before. I showed him on THEIR business card where I'd written down the quoted price to me THE DAY BEFORE. He insisted I was wrong, emphasizing I HAD MADE A MISTAKE. It's possible the employee or rep I'd spoke with did make a mistake, and had he been respectful I'd have been understanding and paid the difference. . . . But (1) not only was he insistent that he would not honor the less-than 24-hour quote, BUT (2) he persisted in telling me I WAS WRONG stopping short of calling me stupid. I've been in business for about 50 years. I've always treated EVERY CUSTOMER with respect and honor and never knowingly insulted them. I want them to come back again and again, and they have. I certainly wouldn't lose a customer over fifty cents! I've absorbed thousands of dollars in fifty years. Consequently, I can't patronize Sno-White Cleaners. Beware of up-charging.
