The owner was there when we arrived. He was very friendly and over the top helpful and accommodating. The employee who came later was also helpful. All our questions were answered well. All sizes of washers from small loads to jumbo loads. The wallpaper in the ladies room was vintage and so fun! The old pink or green subway tile would have really been cute! We bought a large bag for hauling the clean laundry back to the RV. It was only $10 and I think it will be better for us than a collapsible one. I 100% recommend this Laundromat!

I was hoping I could post a more positive review, but I've had some experiences here that have been a bit frustrating. One of the ladies who works here seems to be very angry and judgmental about everyone and her partner who follows her around to keep an eye on her is just as angry if not more so. One of the other employees whom I can't remember the name of, seems to be annoyed every time a customer has an issue or a question. Another issue similar to the problems at Dutch Maid laundry (owned by the same person) is the amount of out of order signs keeps increasing every time I come back. However, after speaking with an employee at Dutch made laundry tonight, I was informed that the owner has finally purchased new machines that will be installed soon. Hopefully he will start fixing the machines at this location as well.

If i could rate this place a negative star review i would. This place is disgusting. I came here to…read morewash a load of clothes, a loaf of towels & 4 big blankets. I noticed they had a big washing machine which i was excited because maybe i could get all of my blankets done in 1 go... $18.00?!?? Just to wash? As i loaded my towels i realized that the detergent area was quite gross, but i mean.. it's a public laundry mat. I didn't mind that. It was after the load started did i notice the build up of green algae and brown and black stains or something on the inside of the rubber. This comes from not cleaning the machines regularly. Which is crazy given the amount i paid to do the load of towels was $6.00, and i haven't dried them yet. I went over to the other side to load my clothes in i see these signs that say "no blankets, no dog begs, shoes ... etc..". which now I'm thinking "wow thats great that they have a separate section for just clothes.. (keep in mind i have my blankets in my cart bc i am waiting for an open washing machine on the other side) the worker, comes to around the dryers and speaks very loudly so that everyone else can hear.. "excuse me, no blankets over there". As a customer i was shocked because how rude is it to embarrass someone because of the lack of context. I replied embarrassingly "yes, i know.. i saw both of the signs.." Anyways, moral of the story this place is overpriced and ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Photos for example.
