Kelly is awesome. Always helpful... very clean facility. Gets a little busy on Sundays.

I had the most AWFUL experience at this laundromat. We took our comforter in as it will not fit in our home washer. The large capacity washer ate our money and when reported to the attendant I was told That we had to eat our money. Not only was this attendant rude and implied that we are stupid, but completely inept. I highly recommend that you NEVER go to this laundromat. I will never go again. read more

I left my child's phone there and when I called and went bak up there to find it the lady said she hadn't seen it so I told her that she needed to let the other worker know as soon as it get turned on it will ping the location and I'll be there with the police to get it. Funny thing is the other worker lady took it home with her by "accident" it was sitting next to her stuff when she left. But when I asked how she got my number to call and say she just found it in her bag why didn't the location go off she told me the phone died(lie I could see it was over 60% charged) she told me she got it out the phone when it started going off. Helloooooo bc I knew I left it somewhere and was looking for it. SMH I really hope the lady doesn't work there anymore read more

After about four or five trips to this laundromat, I have come to the conclusion that this is just another mediocre laundromat. I was hoping I could post a more positive review, but I've had some experiences here that have been a bit frustrating. One of the ladies who works here seems to be very angry and judgmental about everyone and her partner who follows her around to keep an eye on her is just as angry if not more so. One of the other employees whom I can't remember the name of, seems to be annoyed every time a customer has an issue or a question. Another issue similar to the problems at Dutch Maid laundry (owned by the same person) is the amount of out of order signs keeps increasing every time I come back. However, after speaking with an employee at Dutch made laundry tonight, I was informed that the owner has finally purchased new machines that will be installed soon. Hopefully he will start fixing the machines at this location as well. read more

I had a lot of laundry, comforter, etc., wanted it all done at once, so I checked this place out. Neat, clean, and properly functioning equipment - more than I can say for my last foray several years ago to a washateria. My coins weren't wasted on dryers that don't dry or washers that don't wash. I wasn't feeling well, and I left some clothes. They bundled them up for me. All the clothes were there. That's classy customer service, thanks. Plus they have a nifty punchcard discount thing. My comforters will be comforted knowing they'll only go here. read more

This place is absolute trash. Don't even waste your time going to this fucking place. I have been doing my laundry there for almost 2 years, have had almost no issues at all until today. Most of the washers were full so we opted to split our laundry into 3 washer. Two of those washers didnt even cycle. They filled up with water and didn't do anything else. Our laundry pods were STILL ON TOP. These two old ass ladies decided that they weren't going to refund the money and tell us that it was our fault for "filling it too full" when we could literally stick our hands in and manual turn the drum with no problems. They sat there and tried talking shit on my husband when he was outside unbeknownst to them that I was standing behind them. They continued to talk trash the entire time and then also telling us that they weren't when we could clearly hear them. We were forced to pull all of our clothes out absolutely soaking wet and put them in our clothes hampers without even being washed. They also were trying to get us to leave while our clothes were still soaking wet in their washers. Trash people working for a trashy laundromat. BEWARE. read more

Worst laundromat ever. My washer at home was not spinning out properly so I decided to do the rest of my laundry here. The large machine did not work properly and ate 6 dollars in quarters. Attendant blamed me. The machines say no refunds so they stole my money. Attendant very condescending and when I remarked she should be more customer friendly she said I could leave if I didn't like it. I already had another load going. She would not give me her name. DO NOT GO THERE. IF MACHINES MALFUNCTION YOU ARE OUT MONEY. Would be zero stars if possible. read more

Just don't go. Just about every other machine is out of order, I saw a roach on the floor, and the clerks are not friendly - they just sort of glare at people. Once, I opened a washing machine door and it fell off. I discovered Wash House, not too far away, and I will never go back to Kansas Square. read more

I was really upset with the laundromat in ozark , attached to Mr dry cleaners who also owns the laundromat. I've been there multiple times and have to go spend 30 minutes collecting quarters around town to be able to do my laundry. The last thing anybody wants to do after a day at work is spend even more time preparing to go to a laundromat. So before adventure doubt I called to make sure the coin changer was working and it wasn't so I chose to go to Kansas square laundry based on the three star rating. I read a few bad reviews about somebody who worked there, which is a shame because I don't think people realize how much they affect other people , all because they're having a bad day. So I left ozark and made the journey all the way over to Kansas Expressway and battlefield with an entire back seat- all the way to the ceiling -of comforters I had to wash. Although they would not let me take the laundry cart out to my vehicle, on a very very cold night, I was very impressed with Tanya who works nights. She not only steered me in the right direction to find the best laundry machines for me, but she was more than helpful in telling me how to work everything, and to make me feel welcome. The place is clean, I could wash 3 loads of laundry for $6 in 26 minutes, and 3 loads of laundry also dried in 14 minutes for $1! I am more impressed with this laundromat than any other laundromat I've been to. I didn't feel scuzzy, the other patrons were nice and friendly, and when I least expected to be out of there in an hour and a half, I was. So thanks Tanya for your help and your positivity and your excitement to have me as a new Kansas laundry frequenter. read more

I've been here a couple of times in the past few years and have never really had a problem like I did today. Almost all of the washer/ dryers are out of order, people use the big washers and dryers for a little amount of clothes which is frustrating especially when you have big items such as comforters, etc. I think that they should tell people to use the smaller washers when they don't have much to wash. Just a horrible horrible experience. I would check out a different place. Probably won't come back unless the owners or attendant start making some rules for these idiotic, selfish people. read more

Just walked out the door got in my truck and was so disgusted by the attitude of te clerk on duty I had to write a review for her lack of caring about her work. Not sure who the owner is. But if I knew who to call I would. This lady was almost inaudible to understand and the way she acted when I left my comforters there was as if she were going to literally have to wash them by hand and beat them on a rock to clean them. I should have took them with me instead I left them. I have no idea what they will look hopefully great and if so I will revise my review about that part. I have never written a review before but felt I had to hopefully owner will see this and maybe it will save their business. Right before I signed ticket a lady walked in with an arm load of comforters and all I heard clerk say was OMG with the most sour face. Looks like a great laundry in great location. But with help like this lady they are doomed. Saturday the 22nd at 12:45 sitting parking lot in front of laundry wasn't what I planned on doing with my day off. read more
