The only thing that is good about this place is there washers and dryers work quickly. So you get your laundry done fast. The owners I believe are Vietnamese and extremely rude. If you don't have a laundry dryer in your home I don't recommend you dry your clothes here. They will charge you a dollar a load. And you have to go to the counter and pay the lady that runs the place before she will let you use them. The dryers are normally 25 cents a load. I didn't have to pay that cause I was doing my laundry. But it appears these people will do anything to make a buck. Also there vending machine is broken. If you want something out of it you have to ask them to get it for you out of the machine. They will double charge you on what you purchase out of it. Saw the owners do this twice to customers doing there laundry. Also I don't advise using the restroom here either. Evidently they time you. Guy got the key from the rude lady wasn't in there three minutes and she was knocking on the door saying " you hurry up you take to long. They also apparently do not like people of color. Again same rude lady copped a serious attitude with a Blackman that was using one of the bigger washers. Also bring your own quarters. They act very put out if you ask them for quarters. Also lots of homeless hanging around bumming cigarettes or spare change. read more

I went into the laundry just to finish drying my clothes and was informed that additional charge applied if i didnt use there washers. I was going to pay upcharge.. but upon looking around i decided to go to another facility. The floors were dirty.. there was clutter all over space over washers.. the attendant could use a class in proper customer service, as she was rude when trying to explain policy.. i hope the IRS audits this place as it looks like a front for money laundry not clothes..my advice .dont use this place.. too many cleaner places to use read more

Place is clean and lots of options with size of equipment for varied sizes of loads. Attendant was busy doing alterations but quickly came over to give me change. They do have lots of signs that show they issues with children people using their restroom with being a customer. To some that might be rude but to me they are protecting their business and their customers. read more

I have been going to this place for a few months now to wash my oversized blanket and matress pad. I have always had a pleasant experience until today. I put a quarter in and the machine didnt register that I had put one in. I tried the coin release and nothing. Upon summoning the attendant she told me that the machine would tell me when I put one in. I told her she wasnt understanding what had happened and she said "yes, I understand, you push this button." I explained that I did but nothing happened. She told me maybe my quarter was dirty (it wasnt) and after reluctantly giving me my quarter back she told me maybe I put in a nickel or something. Are you kidding me?! I know there's not too many smart people in this town, but I know what a quarter is and I know how to operate a damn washing machine. After the insulting interaction, I will take my business elsewhere and not return. read more
