Because the purchasing store wasn't friendly, I didn't feel comfortable reaching out to them, so I decided to inquire with Top Stitch. Not only were they extremely helpful and friendly, made a suggestion, which luckily seems to have cured the problem. Since then, I have purchased several accessories from them, as well as a B485 last week. Customer service is great! I am so thankful I found them. I will gladly drive 2 hours to do business with them.

I'm embarrassed to say I called top stitch 2 days in a row. Each time, my problem was solved by one of the helpful staff. But the THIRD day, Tim himself, diagnosed what I had tried to do for 3 days! Over the phone, he analyzed I'd locked myself out of options. I'm happy to say the quilt is now done in time for tomorrow's shower. Most companies would tell me to bring my machine in for a free, of course! I live 3 hours away from the store, making that scenario impossible. I can NOT thank them enough for their courtesy, time and expertise. If you need repair or a new or used machine, I can't recommend Top Stitch highly enough!

She then told my daughter that it wouldn't fit her and brought out other SIZE 18 DRESSES in different styles, (not what she wanted I might add) My daughter is only 140lbs. She is usually a size 10. When we told her that she wasn't an 18 she started ARGUING with us claiming SHE knew best. The whole time she was demeaning and pretty much called my daughter fat in a round about way. I had a bridesmaid dress that a friend had hemmed for me and had cut off way too much of the hem. In addition, it was extremely uneven. It seemed like an irreparable disaster. I took them the piece that had been cut off, and they repaired it; it was amazing... The added on piece was not visible! Another time, I had an emergency repair that had to be done immediately before I left town. They put me at the front of the line for an extra $25 and got the repair done in less than 24 hours.
