Went in this morning to have pants for work hemmed and was told she doesn't do casual clothing even…read morethough I called her yesterday and explained that the pants were for work and even asked her if she was willing to do them. I was told she would be able to and it was and it was $18 per pair. Very disappointed in what I was told on the phone vs. what I was told in person.
