This is the only location for FEDEX in town. Wish they had more drop-off boxes throughout Rolla to make it convenient. This location has an express/overnight drop off box right in front. However, you end of driving for a while on Rolla's industrial area to get here. read more

Horrible service!! I have 3 open cases! they are leaving my packages at road signs and stating "left in outside storage "!! I have open claims and they send emails back just stating "could not locate packages, contact retailers"! I have received packages at my home for years with no problem. There is no contact # to reach to Rolla MO office. I have to use the 800 number which opens a case and then closes it!! I guess I will drive to Rolla and find out who the management's boss is so I can get this resolved and they can replace their management and drivers with more responsible employees!! read more

I've lodged complaints with their parent company twice and haven't heard back. Twice now my packages have been delivered to other addresses than mine and no response. The driver apparently can't see the address of my house, clearly on my mailbox and house, is different from all the other houses around me. And I believe he knew for sure the second time, his picture of the delivery was a patch of unidentifiable concrete. Not happy not getting to pick the delivery company used for items by Amazon among others. I just had another shipped using FEDEX. I'm filling out every possible post to the seller, Amazon and everyone else letting them know I don't appreciate the choice to allow this to continue. read more

They can not deliver to the correct address. I ordered meds for my dog and twice they delivered the package to the wrong address!! Twice!! I have a house number on my house and on my mailbox. I even called the shipper, Chewy.com, and asked to have a different carrier. No luck. Chewy is great. FedEx no. You can not talk to a live person no matter what you do. I have opened two cases and have never heard a thing from them. I guess I will have to go to the store to talk to someone. This company is the worst. Either they can't use a GPS or can't read. I will not order anything else that uses FedEx. read more

My only experience at this location was a pleasant one. The lady who helped me was on her phone when I walked in, but she promptly ended her conversation and shifted her attention to me and my package. The package I was shipping, of course. The location is farther down the road than the map would suggest. I utilized Google Maps, and the building it stopped me at was vacant. FedEx was unable to deliver... the business J&J Automotive and Diesel moved from 25545A to 25535... next door! same parking lot!! Delivery attempted at 10:00am, I called prior to 11:00am... "that's what their supposed to (deliver to the address), they will attempt again tomorrow". read more

This is the absolute worst delivery service ever. For the 6th or 7th time now, they show my package out for delivery, and then it goes right back to the shipping center. Not even an attempt to deliver. I have been home all day and they say that the customer is not available. That is a flat out LIE. I have hypersensitivity and can here any vehicle that goes by, let alone pulls in my driveway. NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED!!!!!! read more

The driver came down my driveway like a maniac. I have several children that live at this home. He was asked nicely to please slow down cause of the children and he said "I didn't see any children out." I told him maybe not today but they do live here and to please just slow down. He spun rocks in the turn around while leaving faster then he arrived. read more

It is Jan 26th. My package has been in my town since Jan 15. It was missing an apartment number. Instead of using my contact info FedEx chose to do nothing about it. Worst Customer Service that I have ever dealt with from Regina at the Rolla, MO FedEx Ship Center. Today the "Young Petite Gal" (Regina's wording) FedEx delivery driver dropped off a package at my Waynesville, MO address and put on the Door Tag (that does not register in FedEx system when I called them) "Can't go through gates" because I have a gate at the end of my 50 yard driveway down to my house. So, the "Young Petite Gal" deliver driver put the 6.5" x 9.75" x 2.5" box of baby food in a plastic bag and tied it to my gate. I have a wrought iron looking gate that could have easily had the box slid through to be on the inside of my property. The time of delivery according to the Door Tag was 4:18 pm and my wife watching the whole event transpire went out to get whatever was hanging from the gate to see what it was because it look suspicious when the delivery driver hurried to get back in her U-Haul truck and took off really quick to find out it was the baby food package with no glass jars of baby food in it. At that time she called the 1-800-463-3339 on the back of the Door Tag that does not register in the FedEx system at 4:21 pm. This phone call led back to a phone call from Regina at the Rolla, MO FedEx Ship Center to have her make nothing but excuses for her "Young Petite Gal" deliver driver and ultimately be told that there is nothing that can be done for our express package to call Amazon to report that their was no content in the box. There was no content in the box because the "Young Petite Gal" delivery driver had stolen it. So, I called the 1-800 number back after not getting anywhere with Regina and asked if there is someone else I could talk to regarding this issue. I was then transferred to the escalation department who eventually transferred me back to Regina at the Rolla, MO FedEx Ship Center. When I tried to talk to Regina she would not let me get a word in and Regina told her escalation department that she was going to talk to the driver and call my wife back, but that is not what she told my wife (she was covering her own self). Then, when I could finally get a word in to Regina she told me that fraud does not happen at her location and nobody that works there would ever steal from the customer. The funny thing about the package when we received it is that there was no packing slip, invoice, bubble wrap for the glass jars, or tape on the box where it was sealed. The one thing that I tried to explain to Regina is that I don't care about the $10 worth of baby food that was stolen from me it was more about internal theft and shrinkage in a company that takes away profit. So, instead of trying to be a good Samaritan and report fraudulent activity I was given the cold shoulder and not giving any respect. I would give them a 0 if I could. read more

If I could I'd give them a ZERO for delivery!!!! Their delivery service is absolute sh*t. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday but the driver evidently is afraid to drive on gravel (which is what my driveway is made of). So my package wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be. So I talked to someone (very nice person) on the phone twice and she assured me it would be delivered Saturday. So no one shows up on Saturday either and then I get a email that it was delivered. BS! It was NOT delivered. It was left on the ground a quarter of a mile from my house. At the same time it was "supposedly" delivered a technician from Dish TV was at our HOUSE fixing my satellite. He had NO problem driving down our driveway and yesterday the Post Office delivered a raccoon trap to our HOUSE (one of many deliveries they've made here). If your delivery drivers can't drive on a gravel road they have no business driving at all, let alone pretending to be delivery drivers. If that was my business that driver would be sorting boxes or cleaning the bathrooms, not on the road. I assure you I'll be sending a letter to FedEx corporate about this and all the other negative crap I've read on here concerning your "so called" delivery drivers. Sounds to me like you hire thieves as well as liars for your drivers. read more

Constantly having packages delayed due to "Customer not available or business closed" even though I'm home bound and am ALWAYS here. Sunny skies, no rain, no reason for packages delays except lazy deliveryman, in my opinion. Even called and complained and ASSURED package would arrive next day, and surprise, ANOTHER delivery exception on a sunny day. If I could choose I would NEVER use FedEx!! read more
