    This business is now closed…read more I used their repair service when my laptop was under warranty. It needed a new keyboard. They took 3 days to fix it. The supposedly new keyboard gave up the ghost shortly after the warranty ended. in retrospect I think they may have installed used parts. I took another mac in for repair later. The trchnician thought it was still under warranty. She saw a scratch on the case and said " This computer has been abused and that voids the warranty." " It will probably cost a bunch of money to fix." "You'd be better off buying one of our new ones." I did take the ladies advice except for one detail. I did not buy my new computer from them.

    This review only addresses a class that was billed "Mac Basics". The price of what was supposed to…read morebe 2 hrs was $38.00. The instructor was a very fast talking person who had not one clue of how to communicate basic information. He talked quickly in a monotone and switched screens rapid fire. I had not one idea of what he was talking about. To compound matters the class was held on the busy sales floor of the store. There was not only an echo, but the loud talking of the sales associate and customers made hearing almost impossible. Unbelievably, two dogs managed to get into a growling-barking match at the same time. When I interrupted him with what seemed like an easy question, he was baffled! He abruptly stopped the class after an hour or so. I did not complain about getting shorted, I was just happy to get the hell out of there!

    Do not contact this company for repairs. My experience was extremely upsetting due to rude and…read moreverbally aggressive behavior from their staff. A technician came out to repair my washer but was unable to recreate the problem I described. He told me he would order several parts and return to install them. I went without a washer for several weeks while waiting. When the parts were installed, the issue was not fixed. Weeks later, I scheduled another visit. This time, the same technician arrived with an openly hostile attitude. He belittled me and raised his voice in response to what he called "stupid questions." When I calmly asked why he was so angry, his behavior escalated. He began yelling at me while standing very close to my face. I genuinely feared that the situation could turn physical. Thankfully, my husband was home and was able to make him leave. What makes this even more concerning is that a family member later had a very similar experience with this company involving a different technician named Travis. After several visits and an unresolved refrigerator issue, Travis demanded payment from my family member even though GE had explicitly stated they would cover the cost. When my family member tried to call GE to confirm this, he raised his voice, refused to wait, stormed out, and stated he would never return. This does not feel like an isolated incident but rather a pattern of hostile and intimidating behavior. No one should feel threatened or unsafe when requesting a basic repair service. Based on both my experience and my family member's, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. The issues were never resolved, yet parts were repeatedly ordered and billed to the warranty provider. I highly recommend calling elsewhere.

    The only negative thing I can say about B and B is they are too busy , that being said they show up…read morewhen they say they will , get right in , diagnose the problem, order parts quickly if needed , and quickly return . If your problem isn't fixed they will usually return that same day to correct any problem. I would recommend B and B without hesitation. They will always be my first call for appliance issues...
