I wish I could give them a lower rating than 1. I delivered a Pier 1 Bedroom furniture collection…read moreto them. This included a Shanghai collection headboard, footboard, armoire, dresser, two nightstands, and a table. All in good condition, minus a few scratches. I waited over a month and nothing. I finally contacted them and they sent me a check for $56. The $56 was for the two nightstands, table, dresser. My armoire, they said, had a broken leg, so they sold it for $5. This is not true. I was using the armoire the day before it was delivered and there was NEVER a problem with any of the legs, it was worth at the very least $50. They never even sent me the $5! I've tried inquiring about the headboard and footboard since last fall. Everytime I call, I'm told they'll get back to me. They've never called me back. I feel ripped off, cheated. My furniture was worth more than $56. I will never, ever use nor recommend Osage Action Barn again

When I walked inside I was immediately greeted by a kind gentleman at the counter. He kindly asked for ID (obvi) and then had a nice chat with me while he ran the system. After that he explained the deals they were having and then let me know that I was good to head back and meet Andrea the budtender. Upon approaching the bud counter Andrea was waiting with a smile on her face. She greeted me warmly and then asked what I had in mind for my shopping today. I told her what I found on their online website, and then also asked to get one of the promotions that the gentleman in the front told me about. After I paid she explained how the system charges debit cards, and marked all of my items and prices on my receipt for easy finding. Andrea assisted me with grace. She was professional, and I had a lovely time speaking with her. I left her a small tip, hoping she knows how much her kindness and professionalism is appreciated. I left the dispo with a smile on my face and wish I lived near here so this could be my main location. The staff is incredible, the place has awesome decor and character, and it was so well maintained and clean. 10/10 WILL ALWAYS COME BACK!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a purchase made at your Eldon location. I have…read morebeen a consistent customer for three years and have never previously requested a return or exchange. Recently, I purchased four cartridges, two of which (Space Donuts) were defective upon arrival. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, I was denied due to the 72-hour policy. While I respect store guidelines, I expected more flexibility given my history as a loyal customer and the fact that the products were sold in a non-working condition. Furthermore, the solution offered by your staff--suggesting I take the cartridges apart to salvage the oil--was highly unprofessional and unsafe. As a customer, I expect a functional product, not a "DIY" project to fix a manufacturing error. I had hoped for a simple exchange to rectify the situation. Because this was not provided, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope you will reconsider how you handle defective products and long-term customer relations in the future. Sincerely, J S

She called and went…read morethere and he stated that it must have gotten stolen along with other appliances, doesnt have cameras and is saying he doesnt know what happened to it, its not his problem! He refuses to make it right, get her another one or take responsibility for his mistake. We dont believe him, we bet he sold it for money and now acts like its not his problem. How does a business owner do that to a young struggling couple with 3 kids. How do you justify and think its right to not give her another one. She trusted him to repair the dryer not to STEAL it of for it to get stolen! Who knows what really happened, only he knows whether he sold it for money or it got stolen. I wonder if he called the police and filed a police report? Its just not right as a business owner to take someones dryer, claim it got stolen and then do absolutely nothing about it!
