I had to argue with them and also do a bad review for them to go ahead and re- my glasses and then they asked me to take the. I didn't take the review down and I did receive those I ordered another pair of which that they've been shipped on the fifth which still have yet to be delivered. I've moved from the address and lensmart won't reroute my glasses however, they stated that my glasses should've been delivered within two weeks. Just had my first visit. Wow,what a crew from receptionist to medical assistant technician and Doctor. Everyone was great and helpful and professional. When I got the list from Blue Cross it had mileage to the various places I had chosen another but then went on Yelp to see reviews and the place stood head and shoulders over all the others had to try. Did not disappoint You must try them next time. I do not know how many locations they have but the Lake of Ozark location is wonderful read more

My son forgot to pack his contacts, so as we drove into Dierbergs to do our vacation grocery shopping my daughter eyed Eyes On Missouri. I went in and spoke to the nicest gal working the front desk, Jeri, and explained my dilemma. She said that if she had my son's prescription that she would do whatever she could to help me out. I called my optometrist in Chicago and the script was faxed over. I went to shop and when I returned, there was a week's supply waiting for me, and then Jeri told me that it would be "no charge" as they were samples anyway. WOW! I was floored. This is the true definition of customer service. We travel here only once a year, but if we lived in Osage Beach, I would immediately move our family's eye care needs to Eyes On Missouri. I had been to another optical shop locally and was ok with them, but when I went to Eyes on Missouri at the recommendation of a friend I was greatly impressed. They quickly found me an appointment that accommodated my crazy work schedule. I was seen promptly upon arrival and everyone there was very warm, and friendly but also very professional. They were great at helping me learn to wear my new contact lenses for the first time and my regular glasses arrived sooner than expected. I can't say enough positive things about Eyes on Missouri in Osage Beach. I had a pair of glasses, that were purchased in another state, that broke. They were the only place at the lake that works on glasses. The people there are wonderful. They did an awesome job on my glasses. All glasses I buy in the future will be from them. read more

I have never written a review before, but the product and service was so inferior I had too! I had a new prescription for my lenses for my glasses.. I Took my prescription to Eyes on Missouri (locally )and was told they can give me a new pair of frames and lenses cheaper then the lenses alone., so I went with the new frames. When they finally arrived they fitted me with the glasses ,they seemed all right. Within three months the screw fell out which I took to them and they replaced the screw.One month later the screw fell out resulting in the lens falling out , we took them back again and expressed our concern that if the lens falls out and breaks we should not be responsible. Just three months later the screw fell out again and the lens fell out we were told then that the frame must be defective they order the same frame again which arrived with new lenses we gave them our old set and they gave us the new ones. Two months later the screw fell out of the new ones we went back and complain that the frames were a terrible product and we were done trying with them we were told they would give us a different frame but we would have to pay $235 for new lenses we went back-and-forth with the manager and agreed on $100. Approximately three weeks later we receive the glasses and were told they would not warranty the new ones. I was getting headaches and my eyes felt strained we made an appointment with Mason I institute in Columbia for a new exam and glasses we were told that the left lens in the glasses we had was way too strong. Since I have been wearing my new glasses the eye stress is gone be careful here we suggest you spend your money elsewhere ! read more

The screws fell out of my son's glasses. I went in the store to get them replaced. Cole Hoefelman could not have been nicer. He tried his best to find a the right screws. Unfortunately he could not find the screws I needed. He was friendly, courtesy, and a pleasure. I will recommend this place to my friends. read more

I have never written a bad review before, but here it goes. My husband spent over $400 a year ago with Eyes on Missouri for glasses. He has gone through 3 sets still trying to get them right. Now the finish is peeling and since it's been over a year, they will do nothing for him. We have been long time customers of them spending thousands over the years and they just lost our business. They wouldn't even meet him 1/2 way on the charges. Beware! they don't care! read more
