This review is for LensMart Optical in Camdenton, MO…read more Dr Koons is wonderful! I've been seeing him for many years and he's extremely knowledgeable, informative and kind. He's never rushed my appt and has always explained all my vision options to me. His office staff are just as fantastic as he is. I was unsure what lenses and what coatings to use on my lenses; Shyla & Mikayla were extremely helpful. Shyla helped me keep the expense of my new glasses down and she and Mikayla helped me choose to use my old frames instead of buying new ones which would cost me so much more. Shyla even applied a discount on my new lenses that I hadn't even asked for. This eye care practice goes far and beyond what they need to do to help out their clients. GREAT JOB DR. She was so welcome and sweet with our niece, it was amazing. You can tell she is great with people, and she really listened to my niece's preferences too. Not only were my niece's requests slightly complicated but we also had some legit time constraints to make it all happen. Taylor handled it all with such grace and her cut, color, and style came out beautifully! She even threw in some fades on the undercut. My niece walked away beaming and feeling great about herself, which was the icing on the birthday cake so to speak :) We will always go to back to Taylor here on out! Thank you again!!

Absolutely horrible care!!!!…read more May of last year I went in with a black and blue foot. She told me my ankle was sprained and that I would be fine in two weeks, NEVER ONCE saying anything about following up with another doctor. A few weeks later I had no choice but to see another doctor because I still could put zero weight on my foot. He was absolutely shocked that they missed 2 breaks and a torn ligament the way they had. I had to have two plates and screws put in my ankle it was so bad. He said there was absolutely no way an x-ray could have missed the amount of damage that was done, not even when it was a new break. Small fractures can be hard to detect when it's a new break, but this was no small fracture lol. Extensive damage had been done. My amazing insurance (whom I will also be filing a complaint against this establishment with) has already paid them hundreds of dollars for this amazingly bad care, so when we got yet another bill for 17+ dollars I didn't feel it fair that I should have to pay it. We then filed a complaint with grevence and asked them to waive this very small fee but they found in their favor saying I was told to follow up with another doctor......THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE!!! I was never told anything close to that!!! I was specifically told it was NOT broken, that it was just a sprain and to stay off of it for two weeks. Not one word about following up with someone else. No discharge/after care papers or anything. They still want me to pay them another measly 17.50 even though they did absolutely nothing to help me, and have already received MORE then their fair share. I didn't even get a tylenol for the pain. I left that place in tiers and I'm still completely shocked at how badly they handled my entire situation. I trusted them and shouldn't have. PLEASEE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! They are very obviously more worried about their money then they are your well being

I'm 65 years old and I love playing golf and fishing. I found that my golf shots were not traveling the distance and accuracy was gone. Heck, I was even having trouble casting my fishing line. I couldn't relax my shoulders or my lower back. That night, after my 1st adjustment I slept like I did as a child. Plus the next day I got out of bed minus the usual groans and moans. After a couple more sessions, fishing is all pleasure now and I am hitting the golf ball further than ever with all my new found movement. So I'm telling all my fellow golfers and fishermen quit complaining about being sore and stiff, give this Dr. Burmeister a call and set up a visit, your tired old bones will be glad you did.
