I return home and find out my product does not work. I return to staples one week later to figure this situation out. The man who helped me was Bob, he was very nice and outgoing to help me. Bob had the same product as me so we tried his out, and it worked fine. I could not find my recipt so i couldnt return this product, i also paid in cash, Bob looked into the pc log history and found my purchase. I bought this product during a half off one week sale. Apparently, theyve already had one return of the cd drive because it didnt work. We figured this company sent these batches out half off because they didnt work. Bob then refunded my purchase after all the work we put into this machine, told me to come in next wrek and purchase another one for full price. He helped me very much after this conundrum we went through. If you every have problems with your pc go see him! He knows his work, and is very sympathetic towards customers, going out of his way to help out. He even told me my skyrim cd could be downloaded with steam. Just enter they key and play. Extremely helpful. Overall rating four because of the bad batches that people bought without any knowledge that they were already broke.

I brushed it off and tried purchasing it anyways, but she farted in the vase and then rang it up for me to buy. Safe to say I will not be coming back.

Very frustrating that every time I ask them to come for a service call they leave me more helpless…read morethan before. I asked them to bring toner and check out our fax line. They came and dropped off toner and left. I called them back in to check the fax line and when the technician came he checked for a dial tone, didn't get one and told me to call my phone company. After this I was unable to print and discovered that the tech hadn't plugged everything back in properly to leave me functional. When the phone company came, they found that the tech had only tested one line and had plugged in the fax cord to the wrong outlet and there were 3 possible solutions. So every time they come to "provide service" it's half hearted and usually leaves me off worse than before.

When I send an e mail or call to check on the status of my order, they respond that day. Not only do they respond, but if I don't get back to them, they always have a follow up phone call to make sure I received their message. The quality of the work that I have had done has been outstanding. We have faced a couple of problems, but Marcinda has worked hard to find solutions. They printed my invitation on photo transfer paper in order to be ironed onto fabric. They have also printed our RSVP cards.
