Very frustrating that every time I ask them to come for a service call they leave me more helpless than before. I asked them to bring toner and check out our fax line. They came and dropped off toner and left. I called them back in to check the fax line and when the technician came he checked for a dial tone, didn't get one and told me to call my phone company. After this I was unable to print and discovered that the tech hadn't plugged everything back in properly to leave me functional. When the phone company came, they found that the tech had only tested one line and had plugged in the fax cord to the wrong outlet and there were 3 possible solutions. So every time they come to "provide service" it's half hearted and usually leaves me off worse than before. read more
