Not really sure she knows her job that well if that was the problem, but I did nothing but ask a question. The brunette was very nice. I wish I never moved to the other lady when I was asked.

Twice now mail that was sent to our lake home has been sent back or returned. The mailbox is at the…read moretop of the hill with the other homes on the main road clearly marked with the address numbers. Notice the email from them states my box was full or the package was too large to fit. Those pictures are of my box right after I got the email, no notice left in my mailbox like they say they leave! One package returned was a T-Shirt in a small plastic bag and the other was a rare comic book again in a small cardboard envelope. Went to the post office to pick up the t shirt and gave the tracking number, they could not find it and told me they sent it back a day after attempting delivery. Next thing you know, they find the package. Several others are having this issue on our road in Rocky Mount. Something has to give with our mail service to the lake!!!

My most…read morerecent complaint would be that I had a package out for delivery but they delivery driver marked that there was a weather delay when our road and the roads leading to our road are completely cleared of snow. I called to ask about why my package was marked for weather delay when our road is completely clear and the man on the phone that I spoke to was of no help. He was rude and had no explanation for why the driver would not deliver my package when our road is clear. I honestly feel like the delivery driver just didn't feel like doing her job. Worst experience I have ever had with any branch of USPS
