As primary executor for my mother, I was tasked with separating & sorting photos, paintings, cards, documents, clothing, wall hangings, and other personal effects. Going through an accumulation of well over 100 years (she passed at 84, but was also custodian of similar items for generations of her/husbands family), I often found that I needed to copy documents/items just to help ensure their preservation as they were often falling apart/disintegrating with age.
I have done similar such work, except in much larger communities that offered a variety of competitive copy services. Although there is no apparent such competition in RollaMO-USA, there was no need; Staples was outstanding because I was able to completely control my copying. That is, i bought a Staples card from the self-service kiosk, initially filling it with $20usd, installed it into the control box, and was able to select the number, size, dark/light, compilation, etc., all the features that are always available to bring out the best in copies. I made repeated trips to this fabulous store as I uncovered numerous articles attending to my duties. I noted that had I needed any other service/supplies, it was available. What especially got my attention was how friendly and professional the staff were; my nearly two months on this job was greatly facilitated by this superb store. read more
