We came here to make 6 or more returns for christmas items a little later than expected. We walk in get greeted by the kind staff. There we're 8-10 people in line before us and we I only waited 5 minutes at the most. Tammy was AMAZING, so kind and quick. I believe she was a manager and I absolutely understand why. I waited 45 minutes to get my fingerprints recorded here, which is actually understandable considering their Kearney location's system is down (again). In my time there I noticed very unprofessional behavior from the employees, gossiping about other employees and not conducting themselves in a polite manner. At one point a discussion arose that was political (amongst customers) and employees joined in and made aggressive comments regarding human life. Over all I had a bad feeling being in the store and was forced to be in that environment for 45 minutes which stinks. I will say: The lady running the finger print machine was very kind to me, and was doing her best to keep the line moving. read more

I just left the store quite frustrated. They told me that they had just undergone a remote model and that was the reason for all of the disorganization in the store. I was there to fax some documents to which they said they couldn't find the cover sheet. Their fax machine does not scan both sides so they would have to make copies of the documents as their fax machine does not do front and back. The girl that was trying to make the copies couldn't even finish that task. At that point I asked for my documents because they're way too important and I didn't have a good feeling. Perhaps your luck will be different but I'm not willing to chance it on this. Totally disorganized, and the staff found it a challenge to print copies. read more

So they closed early I guess. I could clearly see they were closed and didn't even try to go inside, never even got out of my car. A girl comes and unlocks the door to scream at me and let me know "WE'RE CLOSED!!" All I needed to do was drop four packages with labels already on them. Never going back. read more

I paid 300 for overnight shipping and they lost and didn't get my package there in time like they promised. Then they only refund half my money and cannot answer questions or help at all only manager can make decisions and since he isn't in until noon they cannot help. Absolutely insane third time going back and every time it's horrible customer service. Please use any other location in town for better service! read more

Overall the service wasn't bad. They got the job done. But the employee, "Sam" I think was her name was cussing the whole time talking about how bad her day was and how her job just sucks so much. Personally, I don't want to hear that. I found it offputting and just made me view the employees as more or less incompetent and ignorant. She then proceeded to yell at another customer from across the store asking if he was alright. When he said "yeah I think so" she continued yelling at other employees telling them to go help him because "he has no idea what he's doing". If that's the way some customers are treated then I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Like I said, they got the job done and sent my package, but did not provide the best service while doing it. read more

They send it as slow as possible when they say it's going to be two days so make sure they send it The way you want it sent
