Would definitely return, very quick and friendly staff!…read more I placed a big 10 print order here for my MSU art portfolio. There was a miscommunication where I needed everything the same day, but they'd scheduled the print for the next day. I came in later, around 10 minutes before they closed to pick my prints up. When the manager (?) realized what happened, he stayed late to print everything out for me the same night. He really saved my ass with this one! If it wasn't for him l, I would've had to wait another year to apply for my college degree. He also went through each page with me to make sure it all printed exactly how I wanted, plus everything was great quality. Can't recommend this place enough.

I was almost a month into using their internet service when all of a sudden I no longer had internet. I called Verizon customer support and they said that my home location address didn't match what had been entered (by the store) or tied to the router/box that the store gave me. I live on the southwest corner of Springfield and the address that was tied to my router was on the northeast corner of Springfield. The customer service told me that internet was not available in my neighborhood. I went back to the store and they "acted" surprised. Then they tried to get me to sign up for the business internet at $20 more per month. I was so mad. I would have kept the other internet if they had just been honest with me. Now I had to find a different internet provider and I lost my bundle discount. This is pure fraud and something should be done about it.

I still have no idea what went wrong! I was getting some business cards made and I had a small…read morehiccup with my finances and I wasn't able to pick up the business cards straight away and I knew that they were ready but they were only 250 cards it was a small box sitting on a shelf and I went in and asked if I could pay to get a JPG file from them to take over to my vinyl graphics installer. Something went horribly wrong the owner became hostile irate and completely unhinged! After I was yelled at and accused of trying to rip them off of the print job for the business cards which I had already put down a deposit for so there was only a small balance left. I'm not sure what was going on or what went wrong I got down the road and called back and asked to talk to my designer to see what was going on and apparently the owner was having some type of mental, personal issue. But I was further reprimanded for taking too long to pick up the business cards and again I don't understand what the big deal was we're talking about a small box about half the size of a carton of cigarettes and I had already put down a deposit to secure the design. I was planning on picking him up in a few more days after I got the vinyl graphics installer lined out with his work. So I abandoned the business cards and refused to pay the final balance and told them they could keep them and I would not do business with them anymore.
