He noted there wasn't any termite activity, but did offer me some options for monitoring programs which I was interested in. While doing his extremely thorough inspection under the house, he noted that I had an issue with black mold in the far corner which the home inspector had missed prior to my buying the house. He said they didn't handle it, but took many pictures of it for me. I subsequently called out a mold removal company who confirmed his findings, so I had to get that treated. Black mold is a very serious issue, so I greatly appreciated his pointing this out so I could have it remedied. I haven't decided on the termite monitoring program yet as the cost of the mold removal was considerable, but if I ever have a pest issue you can bet your bottom dollar I will be going with Rottler! Kudos to Matt and Rottler for being a company far better that exceeded all of my expectations, in both professionalism and thoroughness. It's nice to know there are still companies like this out there.
