I went to FedEx Kinkos on Glenstone near Sunshine to print some fun family photos that include her, some kids, pets, etc. Kinkos was great. An employee who was working around 8 a.m. helped me retrieve the pictures, print them at the size I wanted, and use paper instead of heavier photo paper, like I wanted. My goal was for these to arrive the next day. Since FedEx is part of Kinkos, it worked perfectly. I didn't have to drive to the post office. The next evening, the relative called to say thanks. She was so surprised and delighted.

Horrible service. Won't be back…read more I needed to ship some paperwork. I was handed an express envelope. I wanted to ship 2 or 3 day. When I told the person behind the counter, she slide a tyvek envelope over the express envelope and then CHARGED ME FOR IT! She didn't mention the charge, she didn't ask me if she could do it, she just did it. It's not my fault you chose the wrong envelope or didn't have non-express envelopes available. They also "need" your id in order to ship... which is weird because in the 30 something years Ive been using shipping services, this is a first. Now my info is being sold once again... seriously just a business selling everything they can, including your identity.

I promise this is true. I tried talking to UPS about this but I'm sure you know, it's impossible to talk to anyone that considers themselves important. UPS return labels only log the address, nothing else. So if you reprint the return label, you can reuse it over and over. Take advantage of this wonderful offer from UPS. I had organized the package the way I wanted and had personal notes and things in there... If he had asked me before taking my package and rummaging through it, I most definitely would have said no. I finally took the package and walked out crying. He invaded my privacy without permission and just made me feel so invaluable. This UPS store has no respect for service members and their family. We called UPS corporate and they said this specific store seems to have a lot of issues and that what they did to me was a federal offense and they would be taking care of it. The United States Postal Service treated me wonderfully! They gave a military discount, didn't go through my packages, and they were so kind and respectful!

There was a miscommunication where I needed everything the same day, but they'd scheduled the print for the next day. I came in later, around 10 minutes before they closed to pick my prints up. When the manager (?) realized what happened, he stayed late to print everything out for me the same night. He really saved my ass with this one! If it wasn't for him l, I would've had to wait another year to apply for my college degree.
