So I rushed to the store, because it needed to be mine! I tried it on and to my dismay it did not fit the way I wanted :( I was quite disgruntled until Laura and Meg told me they could get in direct contact with the designer! I'm so use to the "if the store doesn't have it, you are out of luck" mentality, that this was a completely new and exciting concept! FANTASTIC! So the wonderful ladies of Arts & Letters got me in contact with Alicia Mae and the very next day I was getting measured for my very own custom dress! HOW COOL! The dress was very affordable, very well crafted, I got to pick out the fabric, fit my body like a glove, and all three ladies were so easy to work with. One associate named Kelly promptly guided them to the front of the store after making several dramatic gestures to her co-worker. Sighing, rolling eyes, making loud remarks to make sure the co-worker knew that the girls were a group together so they could watch them. The girls were trying to look at a few different items and they kept making a point to look into their bag from another store insinuating they were trying to steal. When I approached her she offered no apology for her rude behavior. We will not be back or spending any money in this store.

Each time I was told that it would be fine. Then I get an email that says my order has been canceled, And by the way no refund has been processed yet. When I called the store and spoke to an employee named Tracy, I was given attitude and dishonesty. When I called the customer service line to explain the situation I was treated very courteously. However they offered absolutely no solution to the problem. And they had absolutely no interest in retraining this employee so that they may give better customer service and not take complaints personally which is exactly what she did. Very sad because I truly enjoyed shopping at this particular establishment. But with all the other options available out there.It would be foolish to waste my hard earned money at at this place of business.

As you enter there appears to be a frame shop attached. There was an older, unsmiling lady with short hair busy in that area. She made no attempt at greeting or pleasantness. Speaking to her was my mistake. My daughter had already entered the main portion of the store so I proceeded in. Fortunately the younger, dark-haired woman at the counter understands customer service. My daughter really liked their huge selection and so did I. I have decided to become a scrapbook person also. This is an excellent place to shop for anyone who is decorating or redecorating their home. It's also excellent for house warming gifts as well. In addition to wall art I was looking at pretty mirrors, blankets, decorative pillows and throws and scented candles. It made me think of a boutique sized Hobby Lobby. The store is beautiful and we were fortunate that the staff working was so pleasant and friendly. If you haven't shopped here yet it's definitely worth popping in.

They have a nice variety of things, from furniture to poster prints and kitchen knickknack's. Much like Arizona it's a total crap shoot when it comes to their pricing though. Some of their stuff is very reasonable, and some of it unexpectedly so. You can find a nice bargain from time to time. They also have quite a few surprises with their pricing on many of their other pieces but not in a good way. As my wife would say; they're awful proud of their stuff. It's not on everything, but what they overprice they REALLY over price. And you just can't tell what's going to be what. So don't fall in love with anything you see until you know for sure what it's going to cost. They also don't always mark prices on their clearance furniture, so you'll have to ask them to check it for you. Try to keep a poker face when they tell you the cost.
