When we traveled a long distance to go to the Lego store in Florida I was not very impressed because it wasn't very engaging to be quite honest. The store is very child and parent friendly. I enjoyed looking at all of the Legos that were already assembled on display and marvel at old movies from the past such as ghostbuster sets Star Wars sets and Disney sets. The fact that you can buy already assembled Legos I think it's a parent dream. Some parents are willing to spend the days it takes to assemble a large kit and some parents don't want anything to do with that. We also had a great fun putting together some Minifigs of our own. One of my kiddos was addicted to opening the hidden or secret avengers boxes and this wonderful store buys back Minifigs that you don't want instantly. This is huge!! We have discovered that this is our ultimate incentive shop for both of our kiddos. If they do well in school they get to come back to the shop. He acted like I was an inconvenience for asking questions and dismissed me completely. Not only was he rude to me, but I also witnessed him speaking down VERY POORLY to other employees in front of customers, which was extremely uncomfortable! There's clearly a lack of professionalism and leadership here -- it was honestly disappointing and made me not want to return. I hope corporate takes note of how management is being handled at this location and the toxic environment this individual is causing.

But the hours are clearly posted so it allows you to plan accordingly.
