We were VERY disappointed with our furniture purchase through Ellecor. We have worked with other…read morefine furniture stores in Springfield (i.e. James Décor, Wheelers, etc) with very positive experiences. We found two Norwalk chairs were on sale and when I asked why, I was told it was a discontinued pattern. Shame on them for not declaring that damage was the reason they were discounting the chairs. Shame on us for not looking under one of the tags to find a 2 inch tear in the fabric on the shoulder of one chair. When asked about this later (after the purchase) we were told, yes, that is why they were on sale. No remedy was offered. This is NOT the kind of customer service we ever want to experience again. Our experience with other high quality stores is that damage is disclosed, not hidden - hence a damaged item was not purchased. Never again Ellecor. I caution you to be wary of any purchases at Ellecor.
