Well, they did not even bother to read and stuff 4 large thick pieces in a box, not wrapped with plastic to avoid water or extra tape around the ends of the box. It was raining in CA and the box tore on the ends....some leather got dragged on the ground. I then had to pull out my skiving knife and spent a good amount of time to cut them into smaller pieces just to move them around.
