I was the only shopper in a store with three employees, and they were more interested in having small talk with each other than assisting anyone. I made it all the way to the back of the store and did a few turns in a circle before being greeted, helped myself to a dressing room (which was a mess), and then helped myself to the register and sat there while all three of the employees were in the back (which I walked right past all three). While the two were sitting down chatting, one looked to the other to tell her I looked like I was ready to check out. Hoping I can find what I just purchased somewhere else, so I can go back and return it to Men's Warehouse.

I have bought many suits that are over the years and used to really think a lot of it, but the customer service I received and the service that I witnessed with other customers in the store while I was waiting was extremely poor. I would never go back there. The place is much too costly to be treated like you're at some secondhand discount store. It's a no for me.

I usually sell to Plato's Closet and get around $100 everytime, but Uptown seemed more in style so I decided to sell to them. I was expecting to at LEAST get $100 back, considering most things were in great condition and in style and Lululemon leggings cost $100 each originally! But, I get $40 back?!?! I never leave bad reviews, but I will never sell clothes here again. It may have been a mistake I made and I shouldve sold them elsewhere, but $40 is just too low. The American Eagle jeans with the tags still on cost $60 alone. I would not recommend selling your clothes here if you're wanting a good price.

Then, I went AGAIN a few days later and they had that same sign on the door but specifically for that day. There were about 20 different couches, maybe 10 dining room tables, lots of chair and barstool options, lots of bed frames. The style was a wider mix than available at most other stores in the area with both what I could consider grandma's style, to trendy MidMod stuff, with same glam pieces, some farmhouse style pieces. Prices were reasonable; similar to what you would see on Facebook Marketplace or OfferUp. I didn't find what I was looking for, but it is a decent piece to check before you spend more money elsewhere.

I search a bit more and found yet another shirt that was what I wanted. The more I looked, the more I found. I bought a round of purchases and have been fighting my entire trip not to go back in and buy more. They do not stock large numbers of the same item. Pretty much, one of each size, and then you are out of luck! **Accessibility Thoughts** The floors are smooth, dressing rooms have curtains and the door is fairly easy to open. Some clothes are hung up higher to reach, clerks may be needed to help with those.
