Between the furniture, decor, art and fake plants, you're bound to find whatever you're missing in your quest to make your house a home. The best part is, there seems to be a perpetual clearance section where items are marked 50-75% off the sticker price. Not coincidentally, this is the only part of these store in which I consistently shop. So, what gives with the four star rating? Only this: in all my visits to this mecca of home furnishings, I've only seen about two employees who weren't running registers. If you prefer quantity over quality, this place may be for you with aisle after aisle of home decor and household goods. But if quality is what you're after, keep looking as the vast majority of inventory here is mass-produced JUNK. If you do decide to make a purchase, especially something in a box, inspect it before taking it home because, chances are, it will be defective in some way or another. Of course they will let you return or exchange it with the receipt, but it's still a hassle. We attempted to purchase a lamp, and after three different boxes were opened, we gave up as they were all badly scratched. I have rented from this company for over five years and I can honestly say I was never late on a payment. Not even through the pandemic. I had a stroke in May and forgot to pay my rent in July and within 4 days I started receiving pay up or we will Evict you emails and text messages every day. Instead of a courtesy reminder. The place was not cleaned when I moved in and I went through and cleaned it and have kept it up. My lease is up in August and I will NOT be renewing it. The sign in the front of the store said "superstore" and they really mean it! You can spend easily 3 hours at this place. They carry nice stuff but most items are overpriced. Good deal on the clearance sections. Get 10% off when you sign up for inside perk. read more

I always love the selection here. The employee are so helpful. The bathrooms could use some sprucing up.

Huge I'll give it that, but honestly it's like a Walmart Pier One. Everything is tremendously overpriced, and straight from a third-world country. Sure lot's of stuff looks cool, but I wouldn't bet on it lasting more than a year or two. I also never see employees here, and usually only one register is open at a time. We have already had an issue with them not putting an item in our bag. And instead of yelling at us, or holding it if we returned. They put it in the restocking cart right away! I'm only giving it 3 star's because they do have some unique things, and it's a great alternative to walking the mall. read more

This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. We were sent a new rental agreement because our year was up. Hindsight we would've moved... We have struggled to re-sign rental agreement. My husband signed on my account and when I tried to login it will not allow me so they gave me the option to sign on his email account... Will not allow me so the only other option into the office and sign a paper copy of the rental agreement... That normal American but not at home, they refused me the option so for Nine days I have been trying to figure out how I'm supposed to sign a rental agreement when they won't allow me to do so. It wasn't until I called the Better Business Bureau that they finally allowed me option of signing. I am just a normal person with children and a husband trying to sign a piece of paper I have been more than cooperative until the last day when I started showing signs of frustration towards them. I understand technology but I also want that you have a business to run and it's not fair that they are telling me I'm going to have to pay late fees and over a third of my rent in addition to Regular rent when the mistake is theirs. I can assume anybody would be getting frustrated after nine days. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. read more
