    50 pounds of chocolate!!
    Shane A.

This is a new store on south Glenstone right where Classic Sports once stood. It also seems they are opening a Whole Foods type store next door as well. Home Goods reminds me a lot like a "Deals" where they have just a bunch of random items. They have a pretty good selection of consumables from around the globe, chips from Italy, chocolate from Belgium and random food like that. Their candle selection was pretty unique and reasonably priced as well. I'm not sure this is really a "specialty store" unless your after that hard to get bag of scones or pasta from Italy. No I'd say this store is more about killing time, and maybe seeing if you can find something that's a bit unique. It seemed the majority of people were looking through the food items, then sniffing candle before grabbing a bottle of English hand soap.

    Stuff. Nothing special.

Awesome Halloween decor. Will return to look at other things another day. Friendly checkout employees. Great prices.

This is an excellent place to shop for anyone who is decorating or redecorating their home. It's also excellent for house warming gifts as well. In addition to wall art I was looking at pretty mirrors, blankets, decorative pillows and throws and scented candles. It made me think of a boutique sized Hobby Lobby. The store is beautiful and we were fortunate that the staff working was so pleasant and friendly. If you haven't shopped here yet it's definitely worth popping in.

They have a nice variety of things, from furniture to poster prints and kitchen knickknack's. Much like Arizona it's a total crap shoot when it comes to their pricing though. Some of their stuff is very reasonable, and some of it unexpectedly so. You can find a nice bargain from time to time. They also have quite a few surprises with their pricing on many of their other pieces but not in a good way. As my wife would say; they're awful proud of their stuff. It's not on everything, but what they overprice they REALLY over price. And you just can't tell what's going to be what. So don't fall in love with anything you see until you know for sure what it's going to cost. They also don't always mark prices on their clearance furniture, so you'll have to ask them to check it for you. Try to keep a poker face when they tell you the cost.

In a panic, I called Carpet Shoppe because the reviews online said they were reasonable to work with. They were very friendly on the phone and listened to my situation, gave me a rough estimate but told me I would have to wait until the "estimate guy" could come out and give me an exact number. I explained to them that we are showing our home on almost a daily basis and needed this fixed ASAP. They assured me he would call me as quickly as he could and that they understood and would try to help. No one called me by the end of the day and I waited until after noon the following day to check back with them. Come to find out, no one had written my information down, no one had any idea who I was or what my issue was and I had to reschedule a call from the "estimate guy" all over again. They also tried to tell me that he makes his own schedule so they had no idea when he would contact me but again assured me that it would be by the end of the day. I am now 24 hours past that second call and still have not received a call about my repair job. Super unprofessional in how my job was handled and I will take my business else where. I also will not be recommending them to anyone for business and will be posting this review on as many sites they are affiliated with as possible.

Purchased and arranged delivery on Tuesday, even had an employee from the delivery team confirm details while in the store. Called on Friday to confirm time and were told we weren't on the delivery schedule. We had a receipt including a $100 delivery fee. We were told they couldn't deliver until Monday, so we offered to come pick it up and the delivery fee be reversed. The only way to get a refund was to pick up a check in the store. Deciding this was suspicious, we asked to cancel the order. After being asked to hold, they came back to let us know they would deliver that day between 4:30 and 5:30. At 5:30, we receive a call that they could not find the house because they did not have the exact address. They were supposed to give us a discount since we didnt get the carpet we originally ordered. Today im told that we dont get a discount because there was stains on the carpet they left here because of the dogs and they had to throw it out. There was nothing ever agreed on or signed saying to keep dogs off the carpet. We never even asked them to leave behind white freaking carpet to begin with. We have kids and animals and shit happens. Very unprofessional company so everyone beware! The so called discount flooring is not worth the hassle. The only good thing was the installer who was very good. The fact is I never asked for the wrong carpet to be left. It should have been rolled up and taken back to the store as soon as it was made clear it was the wrong stuff. The whole experience could have been handled more professionally. Nobody would have even contacted me today to even tell me the issue if I hadn't reached out about it. Treat your customers better!

The manufacturer approved to only have two of the four rooms (and staircase) carpet replaced due to defects. However, the other rooms carpet were from the same lot. So, the entire house needed to be replaced. The manufacturer sent a team out to analyze the carpet, and the team agreed the entire house needed to be replaced because the glue was defective and the strands were too short. However, the manufacturer ran their own tests and of course denied the claim. This has now been over 1.5 years and nothing has been done to actually fix the situation and there are hundreds of snags and pulls in the carpeting. For two people this seems quite extreme especially for nearly $10,000 worth of carpeting. While I recognize Mouery's tried to help, the customer is still the only one out thousands of dollars with an entire house full of defective carpet. So, once again the consumer is the only one who loses. When will companies actually do what they say they are going to do?

ASK FOR ROCKY. SERIOUSLY. ASK. FOR. ROCKY…read more Let me save you some time: if you are going to Sofa City, Rocky should be the very first person you ask for. Not the second person. Not "whoever is available." Ask for Rocky. Because Rocky is not your average salesperson. Rocky is a whole experience. From the moment my husband and I met him, we knew we were in for something different. This man has grit, humor, warmth, patience, and the kind of knowledge that makes you feel like you are in the hands of someone who actually knows what he is talking about. And believe me, when you are making a major purchase, that matters. Rocky did not just try to sell us a sofa. He listened. He answered every question. He explained everything. He was patient through every moment of indecision, every comparison, every "wait, let me think about this," and every question we threw at him. And he did it without making us feel pressured, rushed, or like we were wasting his time. That kind of customer service is rare. Rocky worked hard to make sure my husband and I were genuinely happy. Not just happy enough to make a purchase. Not just happy enough to walk out the door. He wanted us to feel confident in our decision, comfortable with our purchase, and truly satisfied with our experience. And the humor? Absolutely unmatched. Rocky brought an exuberant warmth to the entire experience. He made us laugh. He kept things light. He brought personality into what could have easily been an exhausting shopping experience. He was professional without being robotic, knowledgeable without being condescending, and persistent without ever becoming pushy. There is a difference between someone who is simply trying to make a sale and someone who genuinely cares about the happiness of their customers. Rocky is the second one. By the end of our transaction, something unexpected happened. We stopped feeling like customers. We started feeling like friends. And honestly, that is the kind of connection you remember. Rocky is the epitome of what a perfect salesperson should be. He has the knowledge, the patience, the humor, the warmth, and the determination to make sure his customers walk away happy. He brings grit to the conversation, heart to the experience, and a genuine desire to make people feel good about the decisions they are making. So if you are heading to Sofa City, do yourself a favor: ASK FOR ROCKY. He will work hard for you. He will make you laugh. He will answer your questions. He will be patient when you need time. He will make sure you feel heard. And if you're lucky, by the time the transaction is over, you may walk out with more than a new sofa. You might just walk out with a new friend. Rocky, thank you for making our experience exceptional. You are one of a kind--and Sofa City is lucky to have you. And the value was not in the sofa set but in working with Rocky and changing our minds about salesman !!! The Prices fall within the competitor range but Rocky made sure he put his extra touch to seal the deal ! And that's no BULL "Winkle" lol
