This is an excellent place to shop for anyone who is decorating or redecorating their home. It's also excellent for house warming gifts as well. In addition to wall art I was looking at pretty mirrors, blankets, decorative pillows and throws and scented candles. It made me think of a boutique sized Hobby Lobby. The store is beautiful and we were fortunate that the staff working was so pleasant and friendly. If you haven't shopped here yet it's definitely worth popping in.

They have a nice variety of things, from furniture to poster prints and kitchen knickknack's. Much like Arizona it's a total crap shoot when it comes to their pricing though. Some of their stuff is very reasonable, and some of it unexpectedly so. You can find a nice bargain from time to time. They also have quite a few surprises with their pricing on many of their other pieces but not in a good way. As my wife would say; they're awful proud of their stuff. It's not on everything, but what they overprice they REALLY over price. And you just can't tell what's going to be what. So don't fall in love with anything you see until you know for sure what it's going to cost. They also don't always mark prices on their clearance furniture, so you'll have to ask them to check it for you. Try to keep a poker face when they tell you the cost.

The product we sought came with options, so she gave us space to investigate them and make a final selection. We found the pricing for the flooring to be very competitive for the quality of the product. We found the employees who loaded our truck with the flooring to be very efficient and mindful in their task. We will be back for future flooring needs.

The manufacturer approved to only have two of the four rooms (and staircase) carpet replaced due to defects. However, the other rooms carpet were from the same lot. So, the entire house needed to be replaced. The manufacturer sent a team out to analyze the carpet, and the team agreed the entire house needed to be replaced because the glue was defective and the strands were too short. However, the manufacturer ran their own tests and of course denied the claim. This has now been over 1.5 years and nothing has been done to actually fix the situation and there are hundreds of snags and pulls in the carpeting. For two people this seems quite extreme especially for nearly $10,000 worth of carpeting. While I recognize Mouery's tried to help, the customer is still the only one out thousands of dollars with an entire house full of defective carpet. So, once again the consumer is the only one who loses. When will companies actually do what they say they are going to do?

My wife and daughter went to Sofa City in early December '22 to purchase a sectional. They ended up finding one that met the criteria. I even picked it up that night without issue. We even purchased the extended warranty because the salesman showed them on the paperwork where it clearly states it covers pet damage. My wife mentioned we had an aging dog and holding her bladder may become an issue. The salesman said to not worry and circled the phone number on the paperwork and even drew a line to show my wife what is covered, and sure enough, number six on the list is pet damage. No worries, right? Well, fast forward to about a month ago. After some time, but still within the warranty period, a pet peed on a blanket, soaking it, and going through to the flat cushion where you sit. Before anyone knew what happened, the power recliner was set back to upright, getting pee on the cushion against the butt and lower back areas. After realizing what happened, I reminded them we have an extended warranty that covers pet damage, or so we thought. I mean, when a pet pees on a couch, I consider that damage. Man, was I wrong. The company providing coverage said that they don't cover urine smells, only stains to the top layer. We weren't concerned about a stain. It was practically clear pee. It was the inner layers and cushioning. Which again, we found out is not considered covered pet damage. WTHeck?!!! Then I called the store to ask if there was anything they could do to help us out. After all, we spent well over $2000 there. I even asked the store manager if he could simply refund the cost of the useless warranty and have our sectional piece fixed. It would have cost them about $179. He stated that's not how things work. He actually said that. Then I told him I'll put this dilemma on social media and he scoffed at me and told me to do it if I have to. Maybe not in those exact words, but, that's what I'm doing. I feel these people are completely incompetent to be in retail / customer service. My family's problem was of no concern to them. Never will I shop there! Hope you don't either.
