We also had another contractor (in no way associated with liberty) who was to put in cedar walls to complete our remodel. When we went into the showroom to tell them it was the wrong color, we were told it would be another 3 months for the correct one to come in. Our contractor had other jobs that he needed to get to, so it was going to be more than 3 months before he could get back to our site. We did not want to have our bathroom incomplete for that long so felt we had no choice but to accept this color that we did not choose. They did give us a whopping $300.00 off. Mind you, they would have had to spend a LOT more to replace it. The install took over a week! We already had a second bathroom that liberty was supposed to do. When they "completed" it, we found out that they did not include a topper for the shower on this install although they had on the first shower. Of course they could order one for us for yet more money, unfortunately we didn't feel like we had a choice if we wanted it to look right. Although a third of the size this install also took over a week. I had 2 friends who have been over & wanted to get their bathrooms redone. I have told them to go with ANYONE other than liberty. Jacuzzi was maybe a thousand dollars higher, and I really wish we had gone with them or anyone else. Also, the person they have answering the phone (Brenda) is not of any help. She is JUST there to take your money & your calls. She has no helpful information on your install.

We landed with Pawfection Pet Salon. The business is very welcoming. I love that it's open, you can see the employees and the pets. Right off the bat I felt a trust with the business that they were not hiding behind a wall. Everyone was so nice. I explained that we we're new in town and that we were nervous about leaving our dogs with a new groomer, but they walked us through the process and were again very open. Ive been here twice now and will continue to come back. They keep me informed, they call with any questions, and honestly i love the communication, it shows they care. Rick was very helpful explaining my options and what would look the best. My job was scheduled and the crew showed up exactly as planned. They were courteous, respectful of my home (drop cloths everywhere they walked, rolled up daily when they left), and punctual. I've never seen a harder working crew...no messing around like I've encountered with other jobs. The work was finished within a week, clean up was spotless. You don't have to worry about multiple jobs either...which is a huge plus. Once they start your job, they're there until complete. Compared to several other bids, price was a bit lower too. An added bonus, honesty...I wanted a bid on other work. Rick said no, it was out of their expertise. I appreciate the honesty instead of being told yes and it ends in a mess. I highly recommend this company, and it's worth the wait for the quality of work you get. I wish they built houses!
