An employee we were working with told us that he would paint it to match the drop rod. We were then later called and given the option to buy a canopy in the same color for an additional $30 per canopy. My wife reminded them they had already offered to paint them for us. They then did not return calls. We then called them back and they told us they would be willing to paint them if we brought them the paint and then they would charge us a 50$ labor fee. We had to pay for the fans in advance and with a restocking fee we'd lose money to return them. We purchased them with the understanding that they were going to match the colors. I'd prefer to shop local when I can despite finding the fans cheaper online. However, I will not shop here again because of the dishonesty. It feels that they took our money and then changed the terms. They are helpful in person and seem knowledgeable about their products. It's always nice to be able to see in person before you buy it. Given the restocking fee and deceptive practices I would recommend buying online or another local store.

I told them we need it as soon as possible and was told by Shawn which carpet I can choose that was in their warehouse or distribution center and can be here 4/14 and then installed some days later. On 4/14, I never got a call that the carpet came. I called the owner on 4/15 and was told that carpet won't be there for another week. (I was the one to call and ask about it) I totally understand, shipping problems happen and it's out of your hands sometimes. I kindly told him that unfortunately I would like to cancel my order since I needed something quicker and asked for a refund. (Was able to buy nice quality carpet at Menards and get installed a day later for a cheaper price) A week later on 4/22, I hadn't received the refund so I reached out again and asked if he had refunded my card, which he said he did. By 4/28, still no refund. So I called Square app, the app that was used to pay the business and was told that yes the refund was requested on 4/22.....a week after I initially canceled my order and after I kept calling to ask about it. Overall, poor communication, over promises and under deliver, (they will tell you that there's a problem with installers and are weeks out with work, please call around first).
