Today I went in to ask for some duplicate receipts that I need for doing taxes. Ana has helped with this and other tasks in the past so I asked her if she could help me. Whereas some business employees either complain or show a bad attitude when asked for extra help, Ana was polite and efficient and seemed willing to go the extra mile. I definitely appreciated her, and I'm so glad to have this Ace Hardware store nearby.

And they are one of the few places in the area to carry the half gallon size of Ball jars.
