Last year, in the middle of growing season, we went in search of some vegetable and flower seeds in this FARM store only to find there were none. After many minutes and much discussion, we were lead to some closed plastic tubs full of mixed seed packets and told we could dig through them if we wanted. Since the packets were not grouped or ordered in any way, it was frustrating to stoop over and try to find anything, but we managed to locate a few things, which we were charged full price for even though by all appearances the seeds were on the way out. Overall, this is a fun store to shop, and if I thought they wanted my business I might spend more time and money here. ****Update 5/8/25**** I dropped one star based on the experience we had a few days ago. We were greeted as we walked in by an employee I had not seen before (common experience here). He then proceeded to "tail" us as we went around the store; I haven't had someone follow and watch me like this in 45 years. He appeared on every aisle we moved to, and pretended to be straightening racks that were perfectly straight- never approaching and asking if we needed help. So I guess we look like oldster shoplifters. Very creepy and a real incentive to shop elsewhere.

The next day I did not receive a call and my delivery did not arrive. I made a special effort to be ready for my purchase to arrive and I kept my phone with me all day...not a word! After waiting all day I called Lowes, I was told that their delivery is a third party and said 3rd party tried to call me to informe me that the delivery would be delayed 3 days because their truck was full. One of the guys in the store was helpful, but the guy checking me out was kind of a tool, so I guess he is working in the right place here he can be surrounded by other tools. This was an absolutely horrible experience! I ordered some cattle panels to be delivered to my home including a delivery fee. I explained to the young lady my address and to the older gentleman the exact directions turn by turn to get to my home. After a week of paying for the cattle panels and expecting them to be delivered I followed up to see what was wrong. A Woman by the name of Lindy took my call and charged me with trying to commit fraud as she was certain that they had been delivered. Needless to say I was appalled for such a hostile immediate response without even checking into it. She called me back a short time later and apologized for the fact that they had not been delivered but did not apologize for her accusations towards me. They were delivered a short. Later a few days but they were throwing in my front yard and left out in the open for everyone to see which I felt was disrespectful. I would have hoped they would have placed them along the side of my home or in some way showing some level of discretion. I went in to purchase kerosene as I was using it to supplement my heat while I was working on my home and desperately needed this kerosene to heat my home as I was working on it and I did not have insulation and a majority of my home at the time. Lindy was at the register at the time of my purchase of the kerosene and said that I did not have an account with them I asked her what she was talking about she said that I must have closed the account because it was not there I told her that I did not close out the account she must be mistaken she refused to check into it or ask for assistance. I left without my kerosene and suffered from that lack of heat for several days until I was able to make other arrangements. I was very upset with the way that this woman was treating me and I decided to return the cattle panels and to systematically close out my account. I tried to speak to the store manager named Keith and he apologized for the young boy who delivered my cattle panels as he usually is not the one who makes deliveries. However in my anger he could not afford or offer to collect the cattle panels at no additional charge to me and light of the heinous accusations made against me and the behavior that I had suffered thus far. I said don't worry about it I'll bring the cattle panels to you I'll see that they get refunded back to my account and then I'll close out my account and will be done with each other he said that would be acceptable. He did not seem to be too upset by his associates acting this way towards me and was okay with me leaving a disgruntled customer. I strap the cattle panels to the hood of my van which was extremely difficult with my health conditions I arrived on site I began to unload these cattle panels and a gentleman was standing on the loading dock smoking a cigarette. The reason I mention this is because after I got the last cattle panel off of my van without damaging it he came over and offered me assistance. I did not know that he work there and he stood there the entire time smoking watching me struggle with these cattle panels I could see that I was in great distress and only ran over after I had concluded unloading them on my own which was ridiculous. I went inside to make sure that they are returned to my account and I told them that I would pay for the remaining amount on my balance for the kerosene that I was allowed to purchase and I spoke with a wonderful young lady who has a college degree but I do not know her name and she was very apologetic as to how I was treated and said that Lindy was a new hire and she did was not aware as to why I was being treated this way. I have spoken with many individuals in Jefferson City about the situation and they act as if there's nothing that they can do about it as if the manager in Ozark has complete control over the situation and cannot be intervene or overridden. Because of the pandemic I have extremely reduced funds and am waiting for my employment opportunity to engage so that I can pay the $75 that I owe on my kerosene and finally conclude my business with this horrible company. I want to reiterate that I was opening the account to charge kerosene as I was having limited funds during the winter while I was working on my home and without the kerosene heat and combined with my health conditions I suffered greatly.

Best customer service in the ozarks!…read more Been thru two warranty repairs, both outstanding service. First was a makita cordless drill repaired in 3 days. Recently Makita 21" cordless mower repaired in under 2 weeks. Both were better after repair than when new. They help you in the door and out the door. Big box warranty experience is months waiting, phone calls, ultimately blame the user and try to charge as much as possible rather than honor warranty. That would be Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot in my experience. Team Tools is old school customer service. As long as they keep it up will never buy anywhere else.
