My Hubby always took great pride in his lawn, at his young age of 14 he knew just about as much as a very experienced Gardner that has been in the business for 40 yrs. And I'm glad he can't see what I haven't/have done to my lawn. Wendi didn't make me feel guilty @ all. sashes is definitely a huge asset to this fine establishment. Honestly I would much rather ask for advise from a knowledgeable Woman that knows what she is talking about. kUDOS Wendi! God Bless You!

The owners of this company, Mike and Betsy Schaffitzel are clearly teaching their children its okay…read moreto be hateful towards people whose lifestyle they don't understand or disagree with. Their son Ezekial schaffitzel was arrested for assault charges on a Trans person in our community, this kind of disgusting hate will not be tolerated in our city. This person was walking down the street minding their own business when Ezekial demanded they identify their gender to him. This person replied it was none of his business and Ezekial proceeded to assault them, when he was arrested brass knuckles were also found in his possession. The family has received numerous requests to speak out on the matter, condemning what their son has done and all they are doing is staying silent and blocking people. Please do not spend another dime at this hateful company. A family that claims to be "good Christians" who go to church every Sunday, I don't think the Bible teaches you to assault people for simply how they are presenting themselves to society. Shame. On. YOU.

The ladies who checked me out were very knowledgeable and helped a great deal. The guy who loaded the topsoil was even friendly, so this was an overall great experience. I have been looking for short leaf pines as well as Cherokee Chief dogwoods everywhere. My local…read morenursery had neither but could bring in the pines in November. They would be balled and burlap and unmanageable for one person to plant. I called Carson's and, indeed, they had the pines in 5 gal. pots that were 5-6 ft tall. They also had the pink dogwoods and agreed to hold the pines for me. Three days later I drove from Lake of the Ozarks to pick them up. From the time I entered the store the experience was fantastic. They knew who I was and a very knowledgeable young many showed me both of the things I was looking for (Luke). I ended up buying two pink dogwoods and seven pines. Luke loaded them in my truck with care. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, the selection and vigor of plants that they carry is astounding. And I should know, as I used to operate a nursery. If I ever need any trees or shrubs, I will be back! Thanks, Carson's

When we went to return it and it wasn't completely spotless, we were charged an extra $90 for labor "because they have to clean it." We rented from them once before and the buggy had some residue on it when we picked it up. Why wasn't that one perfectly clean? Because that's to be expected! It's concrete; nobody is going to get it perfectly clean.

Recently Makita 21" cordless mower repaired in under 2 weeks. Both were better after repair than when new. They help you in the door and out the door. Big box warranty experience is months waiting, phone calls, ultimately blame the user and try to charge as much as possible rather than honor warranty.
