If we wanted a plant from Sam's Club we would have gone there. We THOUGHT we were buying quality from Wheeler's and that wasn't/isn't the case. Done with them now. I don't trust anything they sell.

The far and away local favorite was low and go in Springfield off of division. I arrived and was amazed that within minutes a happy bobcat was filling my truck with cedar mulch. I was able to get my mulch fast pay quickly and be out of there in a single bound. My husband couldn't believe it when I got home with the mulch in my truck how quick it was The mulch is excellent quality smells fantastic and works well we will be back to buy soil rock and gravel for sure thanks load and go !!

What was not explained was that the product would be dumped off a truck from over 4' in the air and that all of our rocks would be broken and useless. After calling the company to try to discuss a resolution, Robin offered no solution, basically told me I was an idiot for not knowing what their delivery truck was capable of and then hung up on me. Do not do business with this company, especially if you have no personal option to get your product from the business to you.

2" river rock sample is not representative of what you'll receive. What got delivered was larger…read morerocks, many of which were up to 5" in a single direction; none of which were represented in the sample at the store. There is also a considerable amount of undersized rock 1/2"to 3/4". See photos of the variety. They recommended a delivery service that could not make it up a hill in my neighborhood. They ended up unloading 25% of my stone in the woods a mile from my house. The delivery driver then dumped the remaining rock on the street not on my property as instructed. So if you want the wrong material, the wrong amount, delivered in the wrong location, this is the outfit you should choose. (you'll like have to call multiple times as they don't always answer before it goes to some recording that doesn't allow you to leave a message). After speaking with them, they told me there was nothing they could do.
