I hope to correct that error now. A shower in my house had been leaking behind a wall for months. I had no idea. when I found out, just before Thanksgiving, much damage had already been done, a total remodel had to be done, like right now. I wish I could say that I made all the right decisions, but no. I made a lot of mistakes. The Lowes employees whom I would like to recognize who were key factors in helping get me through this mess are: Carol, Candi, Frankie, Michelle, Anna B, Anna M, MJ, Jesus, Jane, Ted, Chris, and Chelsea. They helped me correct errors I made when I ordered wrong supplies, and or the right item but the wrong size. they helped me find screws, tile, paint, supplies to rebuild my shower, faucets, cabinets and much more. I paid for the initial supplies with a wrong account. Carol and Chelsea spent pains taking hours correcting my mistake so that I could pay with the correct account, which saved me a tremendous financial headache. My order was put through the bid room, which saved me $603.24. That does not account for many other discounts I received on supplies I bought latter. To all of you wonderful people named above, thank you for helping me in the damage repair and rebuild of my bathroom and for helping me correct the errors I made in the prosses. you guys are awesome! In March 2025, we purchased a Samsung refrigerator from the Lowe's in Hollister, MO. In November…read more2025--still well within the warranty period--the refrigerator stopped working. We soon discovered that there were no authorized Samsung repair technicians in our area, making it impossible to get the appliance serviced under warranty. I contacted the Lowe's appliance manager, Mitch, multiple times. During our first conversation, he appeared willing to assist. However, after that initial call, I received no follow-up whatsoever despite leaving several messages requesting a callback. To this day, we have not received a refund, a replacement, a service visit, or even a courtesy check‑in from Lowe's. Samsung has also been awful to deal with throughout this process. We will never purchase a Samsung refrigerator again. A company should not be selling products in major retailers if they cannot properly support or service them. If I could give a half‑star rating, I would. TERRIBLE customer service from both Lowe's and Samsung.

Ol' Herrman Lumber,…read more I loved that company, really did. Such a shame that the Branson is such a stain on Herrman's reputation. Had me haul an unsafe load that fell apart on the truck multiple times, I told the Store Manager who was out there next to me that it was unsafe, a manager with absolutely zero experience running a big rig. Was told to load it anyway, that he was sick and tired of hauling multiple loads, which makes it safer. Sounds made up dont it? After it fell apart the second time, i sent a admittedly heated text to my dispatcher, posted below, explaining its not happening again because i'd go to prison for killing someone on the road because of the load that was MY job to move safely. My dispatcher showed the manager, who then somehow tried to say I threatened HIS life (in the text) and fired me the next morning even after I attempted to explain to him that it wasnt a threat to him. I did say i'd blowup and yell at the next person to try and force me to do something unsafely. He forced me off the property without allowing me to gather my belongings. The text messages was me trying to gey my stuff back, which I did, and showed up in one jewel of a truck to get it Also, ol' store manager I know you're stalking my facebook. You're right, I cant help myself when it comes to not posting. Maybe if you werent such an ignorant, immature person I wouldnt of had anything to post.
