I hope to correct that error now. A shower in my house had been leaking behind a wall for months. I had no idea. when I found out, just before Thanksgiving, much damage had already been done, a total remodel had to be done, like right now. I wish I could say that I made all the right decisions, but no. I made a lot of mistakes. The Lowes employees whom I would like to recognize who were key factors in helping get me through this mess are: Carol, Candi, Frankie, Michelle, Anna B, Anna M, MJ, Jesus, Jane, Ted, Chris, and Chelsea. They helped me correct errors I made when I ordered wrong supplies, and or the right item but the wrong size. they helped me find screws, tile, paint, supplies to rebuild my shower, faucets, cabinets and much more. I paid for the initial supplies with a wrong account. Carol and Chelsea spent pains taking hours correcting my mistake so that I could pay with the correct account, which saved me a tremendous financial headache. My order was put through the bid room, which saved me $603.24. That does not account for many other discounts I received on supplies I bought latter. To all of you wonderful people named above, thank you for helping me in the damage repair and rebuild of my bathroom and for helping me correct the errors I made in the prosses. you guys are awesome! They treat me kindly, and have even gone out of their way to let me know they appreciate me as a customer. I have also purchased area rugs, window coverings, and tools from this store, and three large electric fireplaces. It is a joy to shop at this store.

We shop at Ace several times a week. They are close by and helpful in trying to find the products…read morethat we need. Today I went in to ask for some duplicate receipts that I need for doing taxes. Ana has helped with this and other tasks in the past so I asked her if she could help me. Within a few seconds, she had the copies that I needed. I appreciated the help, but, even more than that, I appreciated the willingness to help that Ana displayed. Whereas some business employees either complain or show a bad attitude when asked for extra help, Ana was polite and efficient and seemed willing to go the extra mile. I definitely appreciated her, and I'm so glad to have this Ace Hardware store nearby.

If I ever need keys made, I go much farther out of my way to use this Ace Hardware. They are more…read moreprecise than any other store I've used in Branson. I dislike having keys made that don't work, and even though they're usually remade for free, it's a hassle to drive back to the store. Well, that never happens at this Branson Ace Hardware. The keys work EVERY TIME. But, of course, there are many more reasons I shop at Ace Hardware. I love Magnolia paint that they stock. Lowe's used to carry it, but don't anymore. And they are one of the few places in the area to carry the half gallon size of Ball jars.

Absolutely scammers and liars Home Depot is a total fraud and scam they advertise AC tune up for 29…read moredollars and they send people who say that's for doing nothing if you want actual tune up it's 200 dollars they then advertise vinyl flooring install for 2.49 a sqf and come out and measure and then quote me 8 dollars a sqf for install! They also failed to deliver a patio set and wasted a ton of my time! Will never enter one of their stores again! Pure evil! It's fraud!

He wasn't trained on the saw, but said he would summon someone who could help me. I waiting patiently for a while, but no one showed up. I asked again at the self checkout and that guy said he couldn't leave his post there. He offered to summon someone to help me, but by then I had run out of time and patience and had to leave. Maybe I should have gone to Lowe's.

A useful assortment of recently discontinued and refurbished power tools and home DIY equipment…read more Vacuums (upright and hand held), weed eaters, hammers, power drills, table saws, circular saws, sanders, tool belts, tool boxes etc. I'm not currently doing any home projects, so I was only in here to look around and think about things that I could be doing. I've gone through four or five drills in my home owning career, so when it's time for the next one I know where to go. I thought that the prices were a bit lower than Home Depot and Lowe's though the selection clearly is a bit smaller here. If you already know what you want, it's worth checking here to see if they have it before paying full price in one of the big box shops.
