I then contacted the warranty company who told me Mr. Appliance would not take payment from them and insisted on charging me. Even though they agreed to my warranty's plan. Now I have to go through another repair company which will take another week. When you can't even get a company to return your calls or emails and when they do they do nothing to follow up, it's not a company I want to do business with.

I paid almost $400 for his worker to install a heating element to my stove which I had already purchased online, and to replace a little rubber wheel for the drum on my dryer. When my refrigerator went out and I needed help, and also informed him that the dryer was making that scratching sound again, he ghosted me after saying he would be here on Monday. After calling around to other appliance repair companies, I realize he inflated his prices way above what I should have had to pay.

First of all, I didn't see any notice of tag sales, which I believe is a staple of thrift stores. Second of all, the pricing seem to be more than what I would see at comparable thrift stores, even Goodwill, which tends to be priced high. The pricing seems to be somewhere in between thrift and consignment prices. I did find a couple of pieces last time I was here and bought them, but I paid probably 30% more than what I would have paid elsewhere. I love the cause that this store support, and I'm happy to give them my business, but I won't shop there as often as much as I shop at other stores just because of the pricing.

I was here visiting from California when my parents back lift gate on their van broke. We found out…read moreit was the shock on the lift gate that broke off. The van is 20 years old so the parts are hard to find. We call the Dealer of the van and the parts would be $34 dollars each plus $150-250 in labor. We decided to call around to see if we could get a better price. O'Reilly's in Branson said that they could order the parts for us & would call when the parts came in. A few days later we walked in to O'Reillys to pick up the parts and the store manager; Tyler offered to put them in for us, FREE of charge. Going to this O'Reillys saved us so much money. Our total price for both shocks were the price of 1 shock at the dealer. Plus we didn't have to pay for labor. Thanks to Tyler who went out of his way to help us out. I definitely will recommend this O'Reilly's to my friends and family.
