I would give zero starts if this were an option WARNING LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH IT:…read moreDO NOT GO TO JUSTIN IN TIME CUSTOM LLC. I cannot recommend Justin and his crew. They are a bunch of sloppy, destructive unprofessional bunch of people. I was told the job would be a 4-5 day job tops. They started on may 10 and I was finally rid of them by may 27. Most of the days worked were not full days or wouldn't show at all. I paid half down after he came out to give me an estimate. I also already had all the material to complete the job (tile, shluter system, mud etc) due to my first contractor falling off the face of the earth. The first day someone demoed and was here for 2 hrs. They also ripped up trim off the wrong wall and destroyed the paint on 2 of my walls. No one came out for 3 days and then when they would come out they would work a couple hours or a half day due to a skeleton crew and having 1 tiler. The tile had been messed up and was completely uneven(see pictures) and I asked Justin to come out and explain to me how this would be fixed in a calm manner. He said the tiler would be out the next day to have it fixed. I also told him that I had family members that were contractors and I sent pictures to ask if the job was acceptable as it clearly wasn't. He was instantly dismissive and saying how he did not frame the house and how since I was "on a budget" they couldn't do "the necessary prep work" and accused me of saying how I knew more about frame work than he did when all I asked was for him to explain how the tile would be salvaged as it was already mudded to the walls. I also never informed him I was on a "budget" as I wasn't. He said he would come out to see the shower and explain to me the next day our plan of action. The tile wasn't flush, too tight to put grout in to waterproof, not level/straight or even, and there were even pieces that were cracked that were put up in the wall. Justin did come out and expressed that they would pay for all new material and he himself would come out next week to complete the job correctly. Tuesday comes around 5/31 and I was informed demo guy wouldn't come out til Wednesday. Demo guy came out and actually messed up more of my dry wall. Thursday Justin was suppose to come out and hang dry wall but sent a crew out to clean more. Friday morning he messaged me that the guy who originally tiled and dry walled my shower incorrectly was coming out to dry wall. I told him no and my expectation was that he would be completing the job. (See text messages). He told me that I can just keep my money (I paid him $2,000 up front) and that he didn't want "any extra bullshit because he hasn't slept". I tried to have a conversation with him via text and asked that he call instead. I ended up having to call him and I asked if he was coming out today which he responded he was in another town. I told him that I didn't want his company doing my shower anymore as they continued to yank me around, not complete the job, as well as give me excuse after excuse. I asked if he had picked up the tile and supplies that he was suppose to pay for and me told me no. I ask him to give me the $2,000 back that I already paid him and he told me no and so I said we would go to small claims court and in that announcement he said "that won't be good for you if you do". After considering my options, decided to replace the inoperative Sump pump. We decided on a date and two outstanding Technicians came out to clean up the foundation area and install the pump. Kalvin was in charge with Jose assisting. What great guys as they explained everything they were doing and they accomplished preparing the area and installing the pump in one day! Provided pictures of the work performed - Excellent service, Quality work was done along with a great pump and a price you can afford. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! FCN
