We also had them install the custom cut screen protector for another 10 dollars just because I've never had any luck getting those things on straight. 3 weeks later when the screen protector started peeling off and the case had already had a major defect in it we decided to go back and see if they could help. Turns out they would not. The guy behind the counter pointed out that their return policy for defects is SEVEN DAYS! THAT'S RIGHT, THIS COMPANY ONLY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT FOR 7 DAYS! And then they'll still do nothing unless you have a receipt. When I asked about the screen cover, the same guy told me that they (the screen saver) don't just peel off and that the screen was obviously hit and that's the only way they would peel from the corner like that.... Needless to say we will never buy another ANYTHING form this place as they have NO CLUE what customer service, satisfaction, or standing behind their product is. I usually give just about any business the benefit of the doubt when I have a less than wonderful experience. I was a customer service manager for years and I know it's hard work but... I'm just going to write this company off. Life's too short to get horrible service!

I was almost a month into using their internet service when all of a sudden I no longer had internet. I called Verizon customer support and they said that my home location address didn't match what had been entered (by the store) or tied to the router/box that the store gave me. I live on the southwest corner of Springfield and the address that was tied to my router was on the northeast corner of Springfield. The customer service told me that internet was not available in my neighborhood. I went back to the store and they "acted" surprised. Then they tried to get me to sign up for the business internet at $20 more per month. I was so mad. I would have kept the other internet if they had just been honest with me. Now I had to find a different internet provider and I lost my bundle discount. This is pure fraud and something should be done about it.

I was charged $65 for a diagnosis fee and asked for a refund since they couldn't even fix it. I was told no and it is nonrefundable. Then they bring my laptop out and the screen looks MUCH worse. I go to turn it on and a message pops up saying the cooling fan has been disconnected. They did reconnect it but said the additional damage to the laptop was just because they had to look at it. I called every week and they never had a status update for me. Finally I decided I would just get a new computer and asked for my broken one back. When I went to pick it up they did not have my charger. They said the other company had it and they would not be able to get it. The company does not communicate with you nor was able to fix my computer, they had it exactly one month and a day. No communication, no customer service. I would not recommend using them. I paid the $60 diagnosis fee for nothing and they kept my charger.

He spent an incredible amount of time with us answering all of our questions. Other staff members would help also when not assisting other customers. I was very pleased with my experience at this location, the promotional deals they were offering, and the cell signal itself is working well for us at our rural residence. Side note: Sprint just lost a 25 year customer with five lines....they were arrogant and scoffed at us when we gave them an opportunity to match the "deal" or counter offer. Zero loyalty from them and after all those years and tens of thousands of dollars they collected from me. Sprint/T-mobile lost a lifetime customer. Their loss is USCellulars gain!

When I was clearly upset and tried to explain to her what about her approach was wrong she doubled down on the attitude and never once apologized.
