One of our neighbors admittedly is not the most technologically savvy person on the planet but they were even able to plug in play and get going in a jiffy. I go to turn it on and a message pops up saying the cooling fan has been disconnected. They did reconnect it but said the additional damage to the laptop was just because they had to look at it. When I went to pick it up they did not have my charger. They said the other company had it and they would not be able to get it. The company does not communicate with you nor was able to fix my computer, they had it exactly one month and a day. No communication, no customer service. I would not recommend using them. Months have passed, and nothing has happened. I continue to receive bills from Verizon. I have submitted all required documentation online and via email to maketheswitch@att-rewards for each line, yet AT&T claims they never received it. Every time I call customer service, I have to explain the situation from scratch. Escalations to managers have produced no resolution, only instructions to "submit the forms again." This is unacceptable. AT&T promised a promotion and has failed to follow through, forcing me to pay both AT&T and Verizon. I am requesting immediate action from a senior-level team to resolve this issue and provide the gift card as promised. I expect a concrete resolution without further delay.
