I stopped in this store and was told $90 to replace screen. That was reasonable, so 20mins done. I wish I had kept the broken screen. This screen freezes 50+ times a day! I called the store and the rep said just restart it every morning. Does not help. I call the store again, they tell me they can not help me. They only guarantee it for 30days. When I called the first time, it was less than 30days. But was not told this. So they stringed me along and it's passed 30days, now they can't help!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. This place is a scam. We took my husband's phone here to get repaired…read moreafter it stopped working after a float trip. White blinking screen. Phone came back fixed over $300 later. Within an hour of having the phone black/purple lines came across the screen. Took it back and they said we physically damaged the phone. The phone wasn't dropped. They said putting a case on it could have caused it...who would ever agree with that?! We were told the owner needed to look at it to see what would be done next. No call, we called Wednesday and were told they were waiting on the screen to arrive to repair and told us we would be paying half the normal cost to repair it....absolutely not. They just assumed we would fix it and shell out more money for an issue we didn't cause. The google reviews are good but the Yelp reviews are a different story. The same thing has been done to numerous other people. Long story short we still have a broken phone and now have to dispute the charge to get our money back.

Upon walking in, they had a "sanitation" table set up with masks and sanitizer. All staff members…read morewere wearing masks. The store was very clean and partitions were set up as well where they could. We had talked to Michael on the phone and he was ready for us when we came in. He spent an incredible amount of time with us answering all of our questions. Other staff members would help also when not assisting other customers. I was very pleased with my experience at this location, the promotional deals they were offering, and the cell signal itself is working well for us at our rural residence. Side note: Sprint just lost a 25 year customer with five lines....they were arrogant and scoffed at us when we gave them an opportunity to match the "deal" or counter offer. Zero loyalty from them and after all those years and tens of thousands of dollars they collected from me. Sprint/T-mobile lost a lifetime customer. Their loss is USCellulars gain!

This does not pertain directly to the local store, rather the home office. I do not nor have I ever…read morehad an account with US Cellular. Yet this morning I received a collection call from a very snotty representative, who launched into a tirade before ensuring she had the right person - I have no business knowing the affairs of another with the same name. When I said not to call again, she firmly demanded "then you'll keep receiving these calls. I think not. I filed a formal with the home office, and am contacting every agency federal and otherwise having any jurisdiction over their operations. Never tick off a spook.
