The store employee quickly gave us our router and the instructions were super easy for us to do ourselves. One of our neighbors admittedly is not the most technologically savvy person on the planet but they were even able to plug in play and get going in a jiffy. On June 13th, AT&T manager Heather Freeman came to my home and completed all paperwork, personally guaranteeing that AT&T would provide a gift card to pay off our Verizon bills. Months have passed, and nothing has happened. I continue to receive bills from Verizon. I have submitted all required documentation online and via email to maketheswitch@att-rewards for each line, yet AT&T claims they never received it. Every time I call customer service, I have to explain the situation from scratch. Escalations to managers have produced no resolution, only instructions to "submit the forms again." This is unacceptable. AT&T promised a promotion and has failed to follow through, forcing me to pay both AT&T and Verizon. I am requesting immediate action from a senior-level team to resolve this issue and provide the gift card as promised. I expect a concrete resolution without further delay.

I stopped in this store and was told $90 to replace screen. That was reasonable, so 20mins done. I wish I had kept the broken screen. This screen freezes 50+ times a day! I called the store and the rep said just restart it every morning. Does not help. I call the store again, they tell me they can not help me. They only guarantee it for 30days. When I called the first time, it was less than 30days. But was not told this. So they stringed me along and it's passed 30days, now they can't help!!
