I explained that to the gentleman working customer service. He told me I had to have the owner call and put me on the account. I called the owner to have that done. I came back in the store and a different man helped me and I told him what was going on, but he told me a different story in which the owner had to call 611 from his phone to add me on. I said that's not what I was just told. He argued with me and said yes it is I heard him. Not sure where he learned his customer service etiquette? Very rude!!! I will never come back here!! I left without my phone working and upset at how I was treated!!

Don't use T-Mobile. If you have to cancel your account (and they email you confirmation it's…read morecanceled) you'll still have to call (3 weeks later) asking for the final bill. Well the final bill won't be ready because "you never asked to cancel" (even though you have the email stating it was canceled) and they say your final bill with be ready in 11 days, still charging you for all this time. Oh and the person you're going to talk to the entire time is in India and can't fathom they are wrong.

Terrible customer service! Perhaps there was a change in management since 2021. I initially went…read moreinto the store to gather information about services, but there was no such thing. Right away, the guy I later learned is the store manager asked for my ID and was headed to the back of the store to get me a modem! I was only there to find out about services and do some cost and service comparisons! Later I decided to call T-Mobile and was convinced to get the internet service. I was sent a modem/router in the mail, which I was told I would have to sign for, so I stayed home to sign for the package. No one rang the doorbell or knocked, and later I discovered the package had been delivered! I called UPS and they said the error was on the part of T-Mobile. T-Mobile blamed the UPS driver. The equipment didn't work. I spent a long time on the phone with technical support trying to figure out what to do to get it to work. The rep on the phone finally told me to just take it back to the store. On my way to the local store on N. Kansas Expressway, I decided spending my whole day getting a new internet service to work was not a good sign and decided to cancel my service. When I got to the store, the young man who waited on me was quite rude. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, it was the same guy I'd talked to before who had told me I could get 4G instead of 5G as he took my ID and headed to the back of the store to get me equipment before I even said I wanted the T-Mobile service! Both the employee and the manager were quite unclear in their communication and kept changing their story about whether they could take the equipment and return it or not, but finally, said they could, and gave me a receipt for return of the faulty equipment. I called and spoke to a rep at T-Mobile right after leaving the store who told me my service was cancelled and there would be no charge at all to me. Then, today I received a bill from T-Mobile for $65 from California! I called the number in the letter but because I did not remember my passcode (I never expected to hear from T-Mobile again), they couldn't track down my account, even with my account number! This company has caused me so much trouble and has been such a waste of time that i do not have to waste! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will file a complaint with the CA AG, if necessary. I do not recommend T-Mobile! I ended up staying with my current internet service provider and was able to negotiate a lower rate.

Misleading Promotion & Unfair Denial of $200 Gift Card Offer…read more I'm extremely disappointed with Verizon's handling of the \$200 FWA Cart VZ Gift Card promotion. I signed up for the Verizon 5G Home Internet service within the valid promotional window. My claim for the \$200 gift card was unfairly denied with the excuse that my purchase was "not within the time limit." This is simply not true, Verizon's own records show that I did indeed accept their offer within the time frame of the promotion. It feels like Verizon is hoping customers will just roll over and not pursue fulfillment of their promotional offer. Promotions like these are meant to incentivize new customers, however what they are doing is nothing short of deceptive advertising. I expect Verizon to honor their commitment and issue the gift card as promised. If you, Yelp reader, a're considering switching to Verizon based on a promotion, proceed with caution and DOCUMENT EVERYTHINNG. This has been a very disappointing experience with a company from which I expected transparent honesty.

On June 13th, AT&T manager Heather Freeman came to my home and completed all paperwork, personally guaranteeing that AT&T would provide a gift card to pay off our Verizon bills. Months have passed, and nothing has happened. I continue to receive bills from Verizon. I have submitted all required documentation online and via email to maketheswitch@att-rewards for each line, yet AT&T claims they never received it. Every time I call customer service, I have to explain the situation from scratch. Escalations to managers have produced no resolution, only instructions to "submit the forms again." This is unacceptable. AT&T promised a promotion and has failed to follow through, forcing me to pay both AT&T and Verizon. I am requesting immediate action from a senior-level team to resolve this issue and provide the gift card as promised. I expect a concrete resolution without further delay.
